The subjective as well as objective uncertainties in green building evaluation determine that the green building’s evaluation belongs to the uncertainty stochastic multiple-attribute decision-making problem. The thesis places the evaluation of green building in the framework of uncertainty stochastic multi-attribute decision-making theory, and applies the thinking mode of AHP group decision-making theory, and regards the judgment results of expert group as a statistical random sample of expert group’s opinions, so as to establish the evaluation method of green building based on group decision-making theory and statistical inference. The specific research contents are as follows:(1) The index architectural frameworks of current domestic and foreign green building and their advantages as well as insufficiencies are summarized, and then a methodology model of constructing index architectural system of green building is proposed, and with the guidance of this model, the evaluation index system of a green building project is constructed.(2) By regarding the judgment of individual expert as the random statistical sample of the group’s opinion parameter, and by integrating the information of sample mean and that of sample variance, the point estimation of the index weight system of green building’s evaluation are obtained through moment estimation of parameter of group decision-making opinion, and thus the comprehensive evaluation method of green buildin g’s performance is established.(3) By taking the judgment of individual expert as the random statistical sample of the group’s opinion parameter, the interval estimation of parameter of group decisionmaking opinion are established, and the point estimation of the index weight system of green building’s evaluation are gained through the operation of probability interval number theory, thus the comprehensive evaluation method of green building’s performance is proposed.(4) With the help of estimated index weight system, the core mathematical model of green building’s evaluation is constructed, which is based on the AHP group decision-making theory and statistical inference. Moreover, those established group decision-making evaluation methods are applied to a specific engineering example of an office building project, and the evaluation conclusion which is consistent with the actual situations is obtained.When integrating with the statistical analysis of data as well as statistical inference of parameters, the evaluation method based on AHP group decision-making theory can overcomes the shortcoming of traditional decision-making method that neglect the variance information of decision-making data, and then enhances the objectivity and credibility of the evaluation results of group decision-making. The research results of the thesis are of great practical significance to scientifically evaluate green building, and thus to promote the development of green building.
