Spatial Distribution Characteristics And Influence Mechanism Of Homestay Of Exi Wuling Mountain Area

In recent years,homestay has attracted the attention of experts and scholars as a new way of rural tourism.However,the study of homestay is mainly concentrated in the plain cities of Yangtze River Delta.There is a lack of systematic study of homestay agglomeration of Exi Wuling Mountain Area,which has poor economic foundation but also has great potential to develop rural tourism.By learning from the advanced development experience of homestay tourism in other cities,this study takes Lichaun City which is the most developed agglomeration in the Exi Wuling Mountain Area as a research site to discuss the spatial distribution characteristics and influence mechanism of its homestay agglomeration.Based on the network crawler to gather data from homestay and inn channel on’qunar.com’,use nearest neighbor analysis,kernel density estimation and standard deviational ellipse to study its characteristics of spatial distribution.The result shows that the spatial pattern of homestay in Lichaun is a cluster area;Dongcheng Street and Duting Street are the gathering center of Lichuan City with a high degree of agglomeration;the distribution of homestay followed an extension of the east-west direction exhibit.;in each street and town has the uneven distribution of homestay.Through the overlay analysis of Lichuan homestay and altitude,traffic,and scenic spots,we find the homestay is especially located around the traffic network and scenic sopts and mainly distributed in mid-high-altitude area.Build the influencing factor mechanism through four aspects including landscape,location,facilities and human resources.Use Arc GIS10.5 to quantify these impact factors and through correlation analysis and regression analysis of SPSS,the results show that the distance to keypoint of transportation and scenic spots are key factors to homestay agglomeration while the recreational facilities and life service facilities have significant positive impact on homestay agglomeration.Finally,based on the spatial characteristics and influcing factors of homestay agglomeration in Lichuan,combined with the urban planning,puts forward suggestions on the development of rural tourism to Lichuan City.
