development of the city.[1] The public cultural facilities advancement is the basic support for the promotion of city cultural service industry and the inheritance and construction of urban culture.It is not only the main venue for daily cultural activities of urban residents,but also a symbolic name card that can represent the city.The rationality and balance of the spatial distribution of cultural facilities are of great significance for raising standards of culture service and promoting the construction of "culture +" in Shenyang.The topic selection of this paper mainly read the relevant literature of cultural facilities at for reference.Based on the research results of International scholars on the spatial layout of public cultural facilities,this paper comprehensively considers the research and analysis the spatial distribution of cultural facilities in Shenyang City,and proposes the research topic.The specific content of this thesis research according to the study phase,the whole can be splited into three major segments,according to the selected topic and the related literature study,research,data collection and analysis,summarize current situation of spatial layout problems and the elements which influenced of the route to the discussion,put forward the optimal strategy of the cultural facilities in shenyang the rationality of the spatial layout,and study the coupling between supply and demand of users.Initial part of the study provide the first two chapters of the paper: main macro policy and direction for research in the paper,analysis of the concept of relative term as well as the science research of the keycite at international and domestic,in the case of the definition of the research papers,to clear the definition of the object of study,and to the process and the construction of the whole research.The 2nd part of the research for the paper 3rd chapter: first establish Arc GIS spatial database,the integrated use of kernel density analysis,average center method,standard elliptic differential method and the analysis of the service areas such as Arc GIS network analysis method,the shenyang city overall public cultural facilities,classification,sorting,the present situation of the layout characteristics is analyzed,and according to the distribution of shenyang urban residents analysis of the status quo of public cultural facilities,service space and demand space coupling.According to the analysis,the problems existing in the distribution of public cultural facilities are summarized.The 3rd part is the fourth,fifth and sixth chapter: analyze and discuss the factors and standards that affect the current spatial distribution of facilities.It mainly includes urban development,residents distribution and other factors,and discusses the classification and grading system of the overall layout planning of cultural facilities as well as the future spatial structure according to the specific urban development and guiding direction,and then puts forward the targeted indicators and spatial layout optimization countermeasures of public cultural facilities in the urban area of Shenyang.The results show that the distribution of public cultural facilities in the urban area of Shenyang is in the following problems: low per capita index,obvious differences among different divisions,spatial dislocation of supply and demand,and insufficient provision of public cultural facilities at the grass-roots level.Considering the factors affecting the spatial layout of facilities such as urban planning and construction,population age structure,demand distribution,traffic location and market function,and relevant references together with planning,come up with recommendations for improvement of the spatial distribution of cultural facilities in Shenyang,mainly including improving the overall system and spatial structure of cultural facilities.Establish the target scale of cultural facilities according to the development of the same class-cities;establish the primary class cultural facilities;Coordinating urban functions to improve public cultural facilities services.
