| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes a shift from prioritizing efficiency to coordinating the development of efficiency and fairness.As one of the eight major public service facilities,studying the spatial fairness of community commerce is in line with the needs of the times.This study is based on the renewal of community commercial facilities,taking the community living circle as the research scope,and combining relevant concepts and theories such as community commerce,social equity,supply-demand relationship,and coupling coordination,constructing a coupling coordination model to conduct empirical research on Chaoyang District,Beijing.The community life circle is the "last mile" that serves residents.Based on the research of other scholars,this article takes the center of the community as the measurement point,and uses the walking accessibility range of the residential community to delineate the five minute,ten minute,and fifteen minute life circles.Using this as the research unit,it explores the coupling and coordination degree of the supply level of commercial facilities in the community life circle.On the basis of establishing an evaluation system that includes three major indicators: crowd demand push,commercial facility pull,and transportation link effectiveness,the Delphi AHP method is used to assign weights to the evaluation indicators,construct a coupling coordination model,calculate the scores of the three major indicators,calculate the coupling coordination scheduling of each residential area,and perform type classification and feature analysis.In empirical research,data related to community commerce in Chaoyang District,Beijing was compiled,and the distribution characteristics of population,commerce,and transportation within the community living circle were analyzed.The research data was incorporated into the constructed model,and the data of the three major indicators were standardized and coupled co scheduling was calculated.Based on the scores,coupling types and characteristics of each residential area were divided and analyzed,and weak areas were identified from a macro perspective.Three main problems were summarized,This includes spatial differentiation,social inequality,and uneven resource allocation in the process of urban development,as well as the contradiction between market regulation and government intervention.Micro research follows the inherent characteristics and coupling relationship of "commerce crowd transportation",selects typical case communities from the research samples,and explores the spatial differentiation of community commercial coupling coordination through on-site research,analyzing the current characteristics and internal causes of commercial facilities.This includes the differentiation of commercial needs among residents of different types of residential areas,the dynamic definition of supply and demand matching,and the difficulty of refined stability maintenance,as well as the dual impact of transportation networks on community commerce.In order to make the commercial facilities within the community living circle more fair and inclusive,it is necessary to enrich the channels for obtaining population demand data from the demand side,and make targeted improvements to different types of residential areas.From the supply side,basic guarantee commercial facilities should be supplemented,idle street space should be vacated,and convenient commercial complexes should be built.From the perspective of transportation network,attention should be paid to the commercial supply situation in transportation hub areas,At the same time,we will vigorously develop a road grid bureau with a dense road network in small neighborhoods. |
