| The city’s sewage pipe system is an essential part of infrastructure.This system determines the overall level of infrastructure and is also an crucial security measure to meet people’s needs in life.There is no doubt that transforming and repairing old urban sewage pipes will promote the sustainable development of city,which could improve the overall level of construction.The urban construction and the development of basic drainage facilities haven’t kept synchronous for a long time,and we used to pay more attention to the construction of the ground and ignore the underground drainage facilities.Some enterprises,businesses and residents in Shenzhen have sent all kinds of sewage into the rainwater system.In addition,problems such as rupture and blockage of pipes in old pipe networks sometimes occur,which affect the collection and processing of sewage,which leads to pollution in the water environment,reducing people’s well-being.To solve the above problems,Shenzhen Municipal Government adopted a sewerage network project in 2015.The research object of this paper is the sewage pipeline network engineering of Shenzhen and our main task is to study the effect of this project.Firstly,I introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research in this paper.Secondly I analyzed the development of domestic drainage system and related evaluation.Thirdly,I described the basic situation of the drainage network and main drainage households before the implementation of the Shenzhen sewer network project will be explained in detail and the concrete situation of the Shenzhen sewer network project will be described in detail.And then I introduced the "pressure-state-response" model to evaluate the project,and also found the theoretical basis of the model.The hierarchical analysis method is suitable for the sewer network project and performs the effect evaluation.Thirdly,based on the model framework,the Shenzhen sewer network project implementation evaluation index system was constructed from three viewpoints of he water quality,the repair of the pipeline network and the sewage collection capacity.On this basis,I used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index and the comprehensive state index method to calculate the value of the project from 2015 to 2018.The comprehensive evaluation value is rising year by year.Finally,according to the assessment,the experience associated with the implementation process of the Shenzhen sewerage network project is summarized.Through the investigation of this paper,the effectiveness of the sewerage network project in Shenzhen is obvious.The summary of the experience and related experiences in the implementation of the project provide a reference case for similar projects in other cities and greatly promote the healthy development of the city. |
