With the adjustment of the national transportation structure,not only the Caofeidian area of Tangshan and even the whole country would enter the mode of "turning iron ",but also the railway loading and transportation of port iron ore became the most important.Train loading equipment and operation process also tended to automation,intelligence.The automatic loading system of fast quantitative loading station could not only improve the loading speed of railway and the transportation capacity of iron ore,but also reduced the problems existing in the traditional loading mode.It was of great significance to improve the loading efficiency of port iron ore loading system.This paper took the fast quantitative loading system of freight department of Tangshan Caofeidian Industrial Port Co.,Ltd as an example to upgrade the automatic system of train fast quantitative loading station.Through analyzing the problems and shortcomings of the automation system of loading station,the whole loading process and the overall design framework were upgraded and designed;the PLC of AB company was used to upgrade and program the whole loading process the upper computer was controlled by Factory Talk View software to ensure the automatic control of the whole loading system and accurately monitor and record the operation of each equipment during loading;Finally,the loading system was simulated and the situation of field installation and debugging was introduced in detail,and the problems in simulation and debugging were summarized and solved.Through upgrading design,simulation and field equipment debugging,the system had been successfully operated in the actual loading operation.The system was easy to install,easy to run,accurate and bought many economic benefits to the enterprise.After upgrading,the efficiency of the loading system was improved significantly,and the stability,speed and precision of the loading met the design requirements.Figure 56;Table 8;reference 42... |
