Research On Sustainability Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of Comprehensive Renovation Of Old Residential District

In June 2019,Premier Li Keqiang clearly stated at the executive meeting of the State Council that the comprehensive renovation of old communities should be the focus of our national livelihood project.However,the total amount of renovation is large and wide.As of the end of 2020,although my country has achieved fruitful results,it has also highlighted the problems of insufficient financial support,lack of operational management,and poor awareness of residents.Therefore,research on the sustainability of the comprehensive renovation of old communities will help resolve existing problems and promote the sustainability of comprehensive renovation,which has important practical significance.Following the concept of sustainable development,researching its influencing factors and their mechanism is an enrichment and development of the previous research horizon.The introduction of the grounded theoretical research method of sociology follows the goal of moving from practice to practice,and at the same time realizes innovation in theory and practice.Based on the grounded theory research paradigm,Tangshan City was selected as the interview location,and residents,managers,construction workers,and government workers were interviewed in batches.Based on the interview data,a three-level code is formed,core categories and concepts are refined,and a theoretical research model is formed.In order to further verify the theoretical model,design empirical research,using512 questionnaire results to verify the hypothesis.Except hypothesis 7 has not been confirmed,the rest have been verified and supported.The results show that the sustainability of comprehensive rectification is simultaneously affected by economy,culture,policy,and interaction,and the impact of policy is the most significant.Economics,policies,and coordination and interaction affect sustainability by influencing the effects of remediation.The follow-up case should prove the direct influence of the four factors,draw conclusions and design a sustainable development path.Locking the path from both macro and micro perspectives,setting specific paths from four levels of policy,environment,culture,and interaction,aims to provide ideas for the sustainable advancement of the comprehensive renovation of old communities in my country.Figure 10;Table 26;Reference 56...
