| The development of aging has become one of the important trends in the 21 st century,and the happiness of the elderly is increasingly concerned.The rapid process of aging makes it urgent for cities to develop products suitable for the elderly to adapt to its development.The study found that the old people prefer the way of living in peace.One of the keys to realize this way of providing for the aged is to carry out the aging adaptation transformation of the old people’s housing and its surrounding environment.As the elderly generally have low physical fitness and limited travel ability,their main activities are still around the residential area.Therefore,the comfort of outdoor physical environment has a great impact on the living experience of the elderly.This paper studies the outdoor physical environment of Jindi community and investigates the behavior characteristics of the elderly group,summarizes the specific situation of the objective physical environment characteristics and the subjective demand characteristics of the elderly in Jindi community,and combs the relevant theories of the former residents’ safety,environmental behavior,environmental physics,etc.,so as to provide a research basis for the renewal of the outdoor physical environment of Jindi community in Shenyang.The research object is the outdoor physical environment of Jindi community.The planning time of the community is around 2010.The whole building is relatively new and not old community.The universality of modern community suitable for aging transformation is studied.Objective factors such as subjective needs,behavior characteristics and outdoor environment of the elderly were analyzed.Through PHOENICS,grasshopper plug-in Ladybug and Cadna/A these three physical environment simulation software to simulate the wind and sound environment of Jindi community,parameterized simulation calculation to evaluate its physical environment characteristics,software simulation can get the wind speed,sunshine duration,decibel and other visual data,the simulation results respectively get the advantages and disadvantages of the wind and sound environment.Arc GIS is used for comprehensive overlay processing,and the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive physical environment are obtained,based on which the comprehensive optimization suggestions are given.The wind data comes from China Meteorological data network,the light data comes from meteorological data website,and the sound data comes from road sound source measurement.The traffic space,square space and green space of outdoor space are optimized by extracting the inferior areas of physical environment.The overall optimization principle is enclosed lighting and noise control in winter and ventilation and shading in summer.At the same time,for different spaces,the physical environment has different emphases.The traffic space is optimized from parking space and pedestrian space respectively.The square space is first reasonably graded,and then reasonably distributed.Green space can enhance the listening effect of viewing space and enhance the gardening space experience.So as to optimize the outdoor physical environment of Jindi community as a whole and improve the happiness of the elderly. |
