| At present,in the context of country’s social and economic transformation and upgrading,the expansion of urban space has transformed from "Incremental development of new district development" to "Exploitation of the stock potential of urban center restructuring",and systematically renewal and transformation of the stock space in the central area of the city.With the return of industries and population reconstruction,old residential areas have become one of the important spatial carriers of industry and population,an important component of urban functional areas,and a medium connecting different functional modules of the city.In the special period of recovery after the epidemic,the renewal and transformation of old urban settlements is an important part of the organic renewal of the city,and it is to promote the old city.The core issue of transforming and revitalizing the city has aroused extensive attention.This paper takes urban old settlements as the research object,and uses field investigation methods to analyze the spatial structure,functional structure and social context of the current old settlements,and summarize the decay and decline in the old settlements from the perspective of urban repair.The existing settlement space problem.Through the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad,we summarized the experience of residential renewal and reconstruction,and applied the concept of urban repair,and proposed specific spatial operation methods for the block renewal of old residential areas.It is hoped that a set of relatively complete and scientific urban old buildings can be formed.The theoretical system for the renewal and repair of old residential districts provides a reference for subsequent further research and practice.The first chapter of the thesis is an introduction.It briefly describes the background and significance of the topic,clarifies the concept of the research object,expounds the research purpose,significance and methods,and summarizes the related theoretical research both in domestic and overseas.The second chapter uses the method of combining field survey and questionnaire to investigate the typical old communities within the Qinhuai District of Nanjing,and analyzes the survey results from the three aspects of space,function,and context,and summarizes the current urban old housing The current problems faced by the district have summarized and sorted out the needs of urbanization and renewal of old residential districts.The third chapter expounds the theoretical basis and connotation of urban repair,expounds the applicability and necessity of the introduction of urban repair concept in the block renewal of old residential districts,and clarifies the transformation of the design method of old residential renewal.And by analyzing representative practice cases both in domestic and overseas,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of its application methods,and expounding the key role of urban remediation concepts in the renewal methods of old residential districts.The fourth chapter is problem-oriented,discusses the design strategy of urban old residential district renewal from the three aspects of spatial structure,functional structure and social context,and constructs the urban old residential renewal design system.The fifth chapter is the empirical application of the old settlement strategy.Through specific practical projects,it verifies and demonstrates the transformation strategies and methods proposed in the previous section.The last chapter is the conclusion and an outlook on future. |
