| In recent years,transformation of the old city has become an essential step in urban development with China’s urbanization process speeding up.Historic and cultural blocks play an important role in city development as a special form of renovation.It is very necessary to research about risk management of historic and cultural blocks owing to lots of risks on design,repair and operations,etc.The realities that many historic and cultural blocks renovation projects in China ignore the risk management bring us immeasurable loss.How to protect and exploit reasonably,design and construct scientifically and apply the theory of risk management to actual projects which means using scientific and reasonable risk management system to identify,assess and response the risks is the focus of this thesis.CY historic and cultural blocks renovation project is analyzed as a case study in this thesis.First,the study summarizes the definition,characteristics and classification of project risks and profits from the domestic and foreign research results about risk management and historic and cultural blocks renovation projects with reviewing and discussing the characteristics,basic procedure and methods.Secondly,based on project risk theory in reconstruction,it identifies the possible risks from the preparation,design construction and operation part of the scheduled time for the project by using WBS.In addition,the productive analysis of economic,environmental,policy and construction risks will determine the possibility of damage in different degrees and suggest the solution.The results:(1)The main risks of project go all through the preparation,design construction and operation part of the scheduled time by using WBS,including four types:economic,environmental,policy and construction.For economic one,it includes financing,revenue and cost risks.Environmental risks can be segmented into natural,historical and human-environmental ones.And there are two sides in policy risks,both policy and law.Then construction ones include work schedule,quality,security and technology.(2)The quality,revenue,policy and security risks which have a high-risk-coverage can be found by AHP in the whole construction process.(3)There remains the problem of undeveloped risk management system about CY historic and cultural blocks renovation project,which needs to strengthen people and mechanism management. |
