To respond to the market demands quickly, and to implement the engineering changes frequently from OEM, automobile electrical wire manufacturers usually have to deliver samples in short lead time. Thence,the harness manufacturer should analysis the requirement of customer at first time so that to agile manufacturing by integration of resources.Firstly, by the solution of the problems of wire harness manufacturing company D, the restructuring of the enterprise organizational structure and the strategy for agile manufacturing is re-designed. Secondly, the resources modeling is rebuild from both side of internal and external---homemade and outsourcing. Finally the leading role of the human resource is emphasized and it also proposes to assign workers by their competency as a reasonable solution of human resources allocation.In this paper, based on the model of the resource allocation for agile manufacturing, the decisions of resource allocation to be easy made less with unscientific and irrational in the conditions of changing market. And it has been applied well in the development of many new products. That indeed help to increasing the enterprise resource effectively.
