Research Of The Impact Of Digital Economy On The High-quality Development Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In China

In recent years,the digital economy has developed rapidly.Many countries believe that focusing on the development of the digital economy can improve international competitiveness.China has ushered in a new era,and the manufacturing industry is undergoing transformation and innovation.In order to achieve high-quality development,the equipment manufacturing industry must have sufficient competitiveness to represent the level of China’s manufacturing industry.At present,the digital transformation of traditional enterprises is accelerating.Therefore,in-depth research on the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry has important theoretical and practical significance.The article first elaborates on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry under the global value chain and the related research on the digital economy,and then combines the relevant theories to analyze the impact mechanism of the digital economy on the high-quality development of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry.Furthermore,since there is still room for improvement in the current literature in terms of research content and research variables,this paper takes the current influencing factors of high-quality development and the important concerns of digital economy development as the starting point to analyze my country’s equipment manufacturing from the aspects of equipment manufacturing economic benefits,industrial innovation,industrial structure,and energy consumption.The high-quality development level of the industry,the analysis of the current situation of my country’s digital economy from the perspectives of digital infrastructure,digital industrialization and industrial digitization,and construction from the five dimensions of economic efficiency,innovation drive,industrial structure,green development,and opening to the outside world The indicator system for measuring the high-quality development level of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry is to construct an indicator system to measure the level of digital economy from the three dimensions of development environment,digital industrialization,and industrial digitization.The entropy method is used to measure the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry and the digital economy.The index is measured.Next,this paper conducts a regression analysis on the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry,taking 30 provinces（municipalities directly under the Central Government）in my country as a sample from 2013 to 2019,and using the entropy method to calculate the high-quality development indicators and figures of the equipment manufacturing industry Economic indicators are respectively used as explained variables and explanatory variables,selecting the degree of government intervention,the level of human capital,and the level of urbanization.Foreign direct investment,capital investment intensity,economic development level and industry scale are used as control variables.The research conclusion of this article is: from an overall point of view,the digital economy has a significant positive effect on the high-quality development of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry,indicating that the digital economy has played an important role in the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry.However,due to the uneven development level of the digital economy,there are regional differences.Although the backward areas of the digital economy also have a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry,the effect is far less than that of the areas with strong digital economy development.Finally,based on the current situation and empirical results of the development of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry under the background of the digital economy,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for using the digital economy to promote the development of the equipment manufacturing industry from five perspectives of the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
