| Considering the construction of comprehensive transportation system and the internationalization trend of railway passenger transport,in recent years,through the optimization of system architecture and the improvement of operation and maintenance support capacity,railway 12306 network has realized all-weather user login and various information query,and shortened the skylight time from 8 hours to 6.5 hours.However,there are still some deficiencies in the overall service,mainly reflected in the fact that non-24-hour service brings great inconvenience to passengers in areas with time difference or who need to buy tickets in the early morning,It also restricts the open operation of extended services supported by Internet Ticketing.Therefore,the realization of railway 12306 all-weather service plays a positive role in improving passenger experience and business development of 12306.This paper studies the key operation and maintenance support capabilities such as daily operation and maintenance,change operation and maintenance and emergency disposal,and puts forward the optimized technical scheme.The specific contents are as follows:1、Fully investigate the current situation of 12306,focus on the full scenario analysis of 12306 network operation,and put forward the technical route to comprehensively improve the operation and maintenance support ability from three aspects of daily operation and maintenance,change operation and maintenance and emergency disposal,so as to realize the all-weather ticketing service of railway 12306 network.2、Carry out full link operation analysis for daily operation and maintenance,propose database performance optimization technology covering important operation and maintenance tasks such as data cleaning,data collection and database defragmentation,and develop on duty operation and maintenance monitoring system to further compress the operation and maintenance period.3、According to the relevant change operation and maintenance requirements of China Railway Group,the change operation and maintenance links such as railway12306 network upgrading and construction are optimized,and the automatic auxiliary construction platform is developed to further compress the construction skylight,so as to reduce the impact of the change operation and maintenance link on the ticketing service of Railway 12306 network.4、The high availability strategy of railway 12306 is studied,and the business based emergency disposal technology is proposed to improve the overall availability of12306 network and improve the emergency operation and maintenance support capacity.Through the improvement of the key technologies of the above operation and maintenance support capability and the optimization of the architecture,the railway12306 network has realized the all-weather ticket refund service and extended the ticket service time.The skylight period has been shortened from 6.5 hours to 4 hours.In order to realize the 24-hour ticket service in the future,the system architecture needs to be continuously optimized and the transportation and maintenance guarantee capacity needs to be further improved. |
