Communication Based Train Control system ensures the safety and improves the efficiency of the train.It consists of multiple subsystems,among which the interlocking subsystem is the core safety system.The main function of interlocking subsystem is to realize interlocking control with the route,switch and signals according to the safety protection and timing.The current interlocking subsystem usually uses computer interlocking combined with relay interface to control the trackside equipment,which has been widely and maturely used in the CBTC system.As a newer generation system,the all-electronic computer interlocking system adopts electronic execution unit to interface with the trackside equipment and controls the trackside equipment.Compared with the computer interlocking system,the complex relay circuit is reduced in the execution representation function,the control is more refined and intelligent,with more advantages in terms of reliability,availability,maintainability,etc.Therefore,the research on the application of all-electronic computer interlocking in the field of urban rail transit is also a feasible option to improve the intelligence level of urban rail equipment,promote the technological progress of urban rail equipment,and adapt to the development trend of rail transit.The main work of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,the structure and characteristics of all-electronic computer interlocking system are introduced.On this basis,the advantages of the all-electronic computer interlocking system in urban rail transit are analyzed combined with the actual needs of urban rail transit.Secondly,researched and designed the application of all-electronic computer interlocking system in urban rail transit.And gave the structure of all-electronic computer interlocking system applied in urban rail transit.Based on the analysis of safety design principles and functional requirements,the software and hardware functions of the interlocking logic subsystem and the all-electronic execution subsystem,as well as the safety communication content between the interlocking logic subsystem and the allelectronic execution subsystem are detailed design.Further more,through the simulation verification of the designed all-electronic computer interlocking system in urban rail transit,it is proved that the system can meet the interlocking control requirements of urban rail transit and can achieve "fail-safe" to ensure the reliable operation of the signal system.Finally,using the evaluation method based on cloud model and combination weighting to evaluate the operation safety risk assessment of the all-electronic computer interlocking system applied on urban rail transit.The evaluation standard cloud model of all-electronic computer interlocking system of urban rail transit is established,and the project cloud and comprehensive cloud model are calculated by combining the combination weighting results.The safety risk level of all-electronic interlocking computer system of urban rail transit is calculated by similarity analysis.The all-electronic computer interlocking system studied in this thesis has been tested and verified in the laboratory and passed third-party SIL4 certification,has been put into use in Guangzhou Line 18 and Line 22.The system runs safely and reliably,with low failure rate,and meets the interlocking control requirements of urban rail transit.This thesis contains 35 figures,28 tables and 56 references.
