| The cambered cam reduction mechanism is a new type of reduction mechanism.The cam and the follower have rolling friction,which can realize the spatial cross-axis transmission.It has the advantages of high precision,reliability and high transmission efficiency.It is widely used in the fourth axis transmission of CNC machine tools.Therefore,the innovative design of the arc cam and the design of a new type of arc cam deceleration mechanism with excellent performance have important research value.Based on the analysis of the modeling theory of different roller cambered cam reduction mechanisms,the thesis derives the general modeling equations of point and line meshing different types of roller camber cams based on the idea of ??dichotomy,and innovatively designs 8 types based on extension theory.Globoidal cam deceleration mechanism,through the research and analysis of the dynamic and static characteristics of different roller types globular cam deceleration mechanism,the comprehensive performance evaluation system of different roller types globular cam deceleration mechanism is established by the entropy weight extension theory.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)By studying the design parameters of different roller types globular cam deceleration mechanisms,the main motion parameters and geometric dimensions and equations of globular cam deceleration mechanisms,the work surface coordinate system of the globular cam is established,and the globular cams of different roller types are derived.The general equation of space surface design is based on the idea of ? ? dichotomy to realize the three-dimensional modeling of the space surface of different types of roller cambered cams in3 D software;the innovative design of the cambered cam deceleration mechanism is carried out based on the extension theory,and the cambered cam ridge and roller are used as Expanded features for innovative design,and expanded to obtain 8 types of arc-surfaced cam deceleration mechanisms of linear meshing type and point meshing type.(2)According to the designed linear meshing type and point meshing type,a total of 8types of arc surface cam deceleration mechanisms,the dynamic and static characteristics are researched and analyzed.Establish virtual prototypes of linear meshing and point meshing arc surface cam deceleration mechanisms in Adams,analyze the speed and acceleration characteristics of the mechanism;and use ANSYS to force the roller pins of linear meshing and point meshing arc surface cam reduction mechanisms Through analysis,8 types of camber cam mechanism cams and roller stress and strain are obtained.(3)Extracting 10 evaluation indicators from four aspects of the globular cam deceleration mechanism structure design,manufacturing,dynamic characteristics and static characteristics to establish an evaluation system,and establish a comprehensive performance evaluation model based on the entropy extension theory.The AHP-entropy weight method is used to carry out the weight combination assignment of qualitative and quantitative indicators,and finally the comprehensive performance grade sequence of 8 types of arc-surfaced cam deceleration mechanisms is obtained.(4)By studying the machining method and processing technology of the globular cam,the machining process route of the globular cam is formulated,and the processing verification is carried out with the cylindrical roller ruled surface cam as an example. |
