In 2020,the Chinese government put forward the goal of "double carbon".At present,China is in the stage of rapid urbanization growth. The construction industry consumes a lot of energy, but also produces a lot of carbon emissions. In order to meet the needs of urbanization development and realize the goal of "double carbon",the construction industry is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading, energy conservation and emission reduction.Prefabricated buildings have the basic characteristics of energy conservation, environmental protection, low pollution and high efficiency, and have become an important support for the construction industry to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. The separation between production and construction of prefabricated buildings makes it difficult to effectively coordinate among all stages of the construction process, while EPC mode can improve the degree of integration through unified management of project design, procurement, construction and other stages. The procurement link,as the core link of EPC mode, runs through the whole life cycle of the project. The identification and analysis of the risk factors in the process of prefabricated component procurement and the reasonable evaluation of the loss caused by the risk are conducive to reducing the cost of prefabricated construction and promoting the rapid development of prefabricated construction in China.Based on this, from the perspective of EPC general contractor, this paper evaluates and studies the procurement risk of prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings.Firstly, the existing research on procurement risk management of prefabricated buildings and EPC engineering projects at home and abroad was summarized, and the research purpose, significance and main research content were put forward. Then, related theories of prefabricated construction,EPC general contracting mode, project procurement and project risk management are expounded as the research basis.Secondly,Cite Space software was used to identify the initial risk factors, and questionnaire was used to screen the key risk factors,so as to construct the risk evaluation index system of prefabricated building components procurement under EPC mode. The Lagrange method was used to combine the index weights determined by G1 method and entropy weight method, and the matter-element extension theory was introduced to build a risk assessment model of prefabricated building components procurement under EPC mode. Finally, the constructed risk evaluation index system and evaluation model of prefabricated building prefabricated component procurement under EPC mode are applied to actual cases. It is concluded that the project prefabricated component procurement risk is at medium risk level, and the supplier risk has the highest influence on the project prefabricated component procurement risk.According to the research results, corresponding risk prevention suggestions are put forward for this project, which provides some reference for the risk management of prefabricated components procurement in prefabricated buildings under EPC mode.
