| Under the background of VUCA era,New high-spot nouns such as artificial intelligence,block chain,cloud,big data and ecosystem emerge in one after another.The needs of enterprises to constantly seek new things and change also requires human resource management to reflect diversification,strategic and high value at all time.C is a leading supplier in HVAC industries,but the human resource management mode has always been divided functions based on the traditional six modules,so it can no longer support the strategic needs of enterprises,and has problems such as insufficient human resource planning,lack of linkage of human resource modules,imperfect policy and process,low service satisfaction and so on.Taking C company as the research goal,this paper studies the problems and reasons of its existing human resources mode,in order to build a new human resources three-pillar management system that can better meet the business needs of enterprises and improve the efficiency of human resources,and also hopes to provide some practical application reference value for the three-pillar model of human resources.This study first uses the literature review method to analyze the research of strategic human resources and the three-pillar model of human resources,and then comprehensively analyzes the current practical research status of multinational corporations,so as to further form a reference for practical application.At the same time,using questionnaire design and interviews with senior leaders,combined with the current industry and enterprise status of C company,this paper studies the problems in the existing mode of C company’s human resources,and the reason is analyzed.Owing to the research conclusion of the above analysis,this paper is based on the applicability analysis and selection basis of C company’s implementation of the three-pillar model,with reference to the actual situation of C industry: creating human resource Shared Service Center(SSC),human resource Center of Expertise(COE)and human resource Business Partner(HRBP),including the three-pillar organizational structure and position setting,talent selection and implementation promotion,the three pillars are interconnected,all aspects of human resource management changes.Draw a conclusion through practice,under the rapid development of C,the three-pillar system of human resource management was successfully built to meet the strategic development requirements of the enterprise,so that the human resources department can truly understand the enterprise senior management strategy,close to the business,help the business achieve value,and let the enterprise achieve rapid and sustainable development.This paper also expounds the application conditions,management changes and limitations of research,and it is also proposed that companies that implement the three-pillar mode in the future can upgrade and empower the role of the three pillars.It is hoped that this research can provide practical reference value to the same industry or similar transformation enterprises. |
