| With the gradual improvement of urbanization level and urban population base in China.In the more prosperous areas of urban development,the number of office buildings increases year by year with the expansion of urban scale.In order to make the limited office space to meet the needs of a large number of workers,the number of construction floors of office buildings began to increase gradually.High rise office building has become the representative of many office building forms at this stage.With the rise of office buildings of various sizes,it brings a lot of energy loss and environmental damage.This paper will take Changchun City in severe cold area as an example,through the design and application of passive technology,to explore the advantages of local high-rise office buildings using passive technology design,as well as the application and development of these technical theories in local high-rise office buildings.This paper is divided into four partsIn the first chapter,it first introduces the background of passive technology in the field of building energy saving in China,and explains the application prospect of passive technology in China.Then it explains the purpose,significance,content and method of passive energy-saving design of high-rise office buildings in severe cold area.Secondly,it introduces the research and practice of passive technology in the field of architecture at home and abroad.Finally,the related concepts involved in the paper are clarified,and the overall work framework and technical route of the paper are summarized.In the second chapter,the climate characteristics of severe cold area and the light environment and wind environment characteristics of Changchun City are described.Secondly,according to the test data of CBECS in the United States,the energy consumption composition of high-rise office buildings is analyzed by analogy.Finally,the application of new energy technology in office buildings and the relevant provisions of energy saving of public buildings in severe cold areas are supplemented.In the third chapter,the shape coefficient and external environment planning of high-rise office buildings in severe cold area are elaborated.The plane layout of high-rise office buildings in severe cold area and the material and structure of external enclosure structure are supplemented.Finally,the paper discusses the passive lighting and ventilation of high-rise office buildings in severe cold area,and summarizes the basic principles of energy-saving design of high-rise office buildings in severe cold area.In the fourth chapter,the passive design of the high-rise office building of Changchun Xincheng Street business center is carried out.On the basis of combining with the climate conditions in severe cold area,the best scheme for high-rise office buildings in severe cold area is designed by using the design method proposed in the third chapter.Then through the software simulation of the building thermal analysis and comparison,so as to get the advantages of passive technology in the design of high-rise office buildings in cold areas.Taking Changchun high-rise office buildings as the research object,combined with the local building development level and energy status,the paper analyzes the application prospect of passive technology in local high-rise office buildings.The promotion and adoption of passive technology is conducive to energy conservation,natural environment protection,harmonious development of human and natural environment and common progress. |
