With the energy crisis, the formation of the green building, building energy conservation technology has been gradually in-depth research and application. With booming of the economy and the urban expressway construction, the construction of the urban high-rise office building is, the energy problem has become more and more attention. Especially in the cold city, and high-rise office building energy consumption problem has increasingly become the hot and difficult for the architectural creation.Through the sampling survey on both the high-rise office building, set up a cold to high-rise office buildings typical morphological data parameter set, as on the principles of the simulation model. Further through the simulation experiments of various shape elements, it is concluded that with the quantitative relationship of energy consumption, and summarizes the design strategy and various parameters and the energy consumption of the regression model, to explore how to more effective in the construction design stage to control energy consumption of buildings.Paper first analysis of low energy consumption of high-rise office building design present situation and form design characteristics, extract relevant form design parameters. Choose cold spot investigation, typical city of Chang Chun with form parameters and domain analysis, get the form design parameters of a typical database, a typical model form data set, in turn, simplify the ideal model is established, and the simulation results are accurate judgment. Finally using the building energy consumption simulation software Energy Plus, respectively by architectural plane shape, orientation, shape design parameter as a variable, in order to research the typical morphological parameter set as the input data set, energy consumption simulation experiment. Using statistical analysis method, correlation analysis and regression of the corresponding data fitting, it is conclud ed that the form design elements and the impact of energy consumption and energy consumption with the change trend of each factor, puts forward the design strategy of optimization of low energy consumption of office building.To cold high-rise office building shape parameters and the study of the quantitative relationship between energy consumption, is advantageous to the effective control of building energy consumption in architecture design phase. Through the regression model in the design can be fast and efficient control of building energy consumption, cold rapid evaluation of high-rise office building energy saving effect, and modify the form design data in time, to optimize the design scheme.
