With the continuous development and progress of Internet of Things and Internet technologies, product intelligence has gradually become the trend of consumer market development.People’s pursuit of high quality of life has made smart home appliances quickly popularized, and at the same time, the product replacement cycle has been shortened. The number of waste smart home appliances worldwide has also increased, resulting in huge waste of resources and serious environmental pollution risks. Therefore, efficiently and standardizedly solving the increasing recycling problem of used smart home appliances has become a key problem to be solved urgently by the whole society. The recycling model currently used by smart home appliance manufacturers cannot effectively integrate all available resources in the supply chain to maximize the efficiency of recycling and reuse. It is necessary to design a new recycling model to adapt to the fast-developing home appliance recycling industry. Therefore, this article designs the "Intra-organization recycling mode"(Intra-organization recycling mode)and "Inter-organization recycling mode"(Inter-organization recycling mode)of used smart home appliances based on the perspective of the whole life cycle, and compares and analyzes the two recycling modes.,The study found that the cross-organizational recycling mode process cycle work consumes lower average time and higher recycling rate, which is more in line with the economic development of the times, can also provide more guarantees for human survival and safety, and provide economic assistance for social development.Push and promote the development of circular economy.First, this article explains in detail the background and significance of the topic, reviews the domestic and foreign literature in three parts of waste electronic product recycling, waste electronic product recycling mode and full life cycle management theory, and then comprehensively discusses the research content and methods used in this article, and combines them Practical significance points out the innovations and shortcomings of this article, and proposes future prospects;secondly, the definition of the concept of waste smart home appliances, waste smart home appliances and full life cycle management is given, and the relevant conceptual connotations and characteristics of Petri nets and used in this article The analysis method reached;again, design and introduce the recycling mode of used smart home appliances in the organization and the cross-organization recycling mode, and then describe the whole life cycle recycling process of used smart home appliances under these two recycling modes, and use this as the theory Based on the two flowcharts, the Petri net model is established, and then the effectiveness of the Petri net is analyzed by analyzing the performance of the Petri net. Finally, the Tina software simulation method is used to obtain the operating data results of the two Petri net models.Under the organizational recycling model, the entire life cycle process of used smart home appliances has a lower average cycle work time,a higher recycling rate,a shorter connection time at each stage, and a higher level of information interaction. Therefore, for smart home appliance manufacturers that are using the intra-organizational recycling model to carry out product recycling business,or although using the cross-organizational recycling model, but the full life cycle process is not yet complete, and still need to improve the efficiency of the process, the following suggestions are made: Strengthen the enterprise Coordinate and cooperate with each other, optimize the whole life cycle process and pay attention to the role of consumers in the recycling process.
