Urban Farm Design And Research Based On Urban-Rural Interaction

In February 2018,the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" pointed out that "we should adhere to the principles of implementing the rural revitalization strategy of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and integrating urban and rural areas,implement the strategy of promoting agriculture by quality,and build modern agricultural industrial parks and agricultural science and technology parks ".Subsequently,the strategic plan for rural revitalization(2018-2022)also proposed that "promote the unified planning of urban and rural areas,establish a modern agricultural management system,promote the deep integration of rural industries,rely on modern agricultural industrial parks and rural industrial integration development demonstration park,to create a platform carrier for rural industrial integration development,promote rural industrial development and new urbanization ".Among them,as one of the types of agricultural industrial parks,urban farms have many functions,such as production and management,display and promotion,leisure and entertainment,popular science education,ecological sightseeing and so on.Based on the development requirements of China’s rural revitalization strategy,the construction of urban farms at the present stage should not only consider the agricultural development of rural areas,but also consider the overall development of urban and rural areas,agricultural modernization,and inject vitality into the transformation and upgrading of rural agriculture.Based on "urban-rural interaction ",this paper makes clear the research content and expounds the concept and development course of urban-rural interaction concept,the concept,origin and development status of urban farm,and analyzes the design cases at home and abroad.For this design object —— " Longfengyuan" urban farm design ideas combing and design plan to provide reference and reference.In the part of planning and analysis,this paper expounds the interactive power of Longfengyuan urban farm and the design resources of agriculture and economic policy of the project.According to the existing design resources,this paper puts forward the design strategy which can be applied to the design of "Longfengyuan" urban farm from the aspects of layout,landscape and function.Through the analysis of project profile and positioning,complete the clear plan,achieve the expected design effect,complete the design practice.It is expected that the design of "Longfengyuan" urban farm will have a positive impact on the design and development of urban farm in China,and will also bring new ideas for the overall planning and development of urban and rural areas.
