Landscape Reconstruction Design Of Old Community Based On Organic Renewal Theory

With the pace of development,the society is quietly undergoing transformation,the improvement of material level,so that people’s attention gradually from the basic health conditions to the spiritual and cultural needs of residents.As a result,a large number of new residential areas are gradually constructed.In addition to the construction of new urban areas,what direction the old urban areas should develop towards has also become the focus of social development.However,looking back at the traditional mode of urban renewal,a large number of old buildings were demolished,and "mass-produced modern" buildings sprang up.The original urban texture was destroyed,a large number of historical sites were destroyed,and the regional characteristics gradually disappeared.This mode of urban renewal no longer conforms to the development of modern society“ The emergence of "organic renewal" just solves a series of urban renewal problems.With the continuous attempt and application,the theory of organic renewal has been gradually applied to urban renewal.Although most of the old communities in the city are located in the central urban area,with convenient transportation and superior geographical location,due to the short board of the internal environment of the community,the image of the community is poor and the vitality of the community is lost,Gradually refine and extend to a more detailed part of the city--the landscape reconstruction and design activities of old urban communities,and continue the characteristics of Organic Renewal: use small and micro,gradual and sustainable renewal methods to transform the landscape environment of old urban communities.This paper can be divided into five parts.The first part mainly expounds the research background,purpose,significance,innovation and research methods of organic renewal theory.The second chapter is about the related concepts and research methods of the old community landscape environment organic renewal at home and abroad.It introduces the differences between the "organic renewal" theory and the traditional renewal methods from the whole process of urban renewal development.The third part summarizes the renewal cases of old communities at home and abroad,and makes a brief analysis,which provides some reference for the practice part of this paper.Through the research on the event of organic renewal theory in urban renewal,this paper summarizes the universal principles and methods suitable for the landscape transformation of old communities.The fourth chapter analyzes and studies the current situation of the community selected in the practice part of this paper.The fifth chapter carries on the concrete design practice,applies the transformation principle and the method to the Huangshi Chengyue community landscape environment transformation design practice,verifies the transformation method feasibility.
