| With the acceleration of my country’s urbanization,urban ground traffic congestion has become a problem that has to be solved.The subway not only has the advantages of convenience,energy saving,and does not occupy road space,but its higher operating speed can greatly shorten the travel time,and it has gradually become the main mode of transportation in many cities.However,the daily passenger flow of the subway is huge.If a fire occurs,it will cause significant loss of life and property,and have a huge impact on public transportation safety and social stability.In this context,how to eliminate the budding subway fire has become a top priority.At present,most domestic fire detection uses a single sensor to assist the background manual identification for detection,which cannot reflect the automatic and intelligent operation mode,and it is easy to cause false alarms and omissions.Therefore,this design is based on the current situation,using ARM as the main controller,through the combination of video monitoring image processing algorithm and multi-sensor fusion fire detection method,the subway fire and fire control system is researched and designed.The subway fire extinguishing system in this design can be divided into three parts according to the main functions: detector fire alarm,image processing fire judgment and alarm,information linkage and fire extinguishing control.The hardware part uses Altium Designer software to design the schematic diagram and PCB,and chooses C language to complete the program compilation.The image processing part uses Matlab software to complete the simulation and simulation of related algorithms.The whole system has the functions of real-time display,data storage,parameter processing,real-time alarm and fire extinguishing signal transmission.Relying on the enterprise internship project,this project has completed the multisensor fusion and camera monitoring to assist in the fire judgment by understanding the development history and related principles of fire detection sensors,comparing the current more popular fire image processing design schemes,and in accordance with the current technical standards and specifications of the relevant industries.The software and hardware design and image recognition algorithm design and simulation of the subway fire extinguishing control system.The main controller adopts Freescale’s I.MX6 Q series ARM processing unit,and uses photoelectric smoke detectors,ultraviolet flame detectors,and point-type temperature fire detectors to form a fire alarm system to collect on-site fire parameter information.The fire extinguishing subsystem can realize the control of the fire extinguishing device pre-installed on site by sending the fire extinguishing control signal.The communication module used in the design includes three parts: RS485,CAN and Ethernet,which realizes the communication of all nodes of the entire subway train,so that the fire information can be effectively transmitted in real time.The scene image information is transmitted to the display terminal through the Ethernet network,and according to the image processing algorithm,the fire prediction is assisted to realize the detection and alarm.A visual graphical interface design is implemented on the PC-side host computer software design,so that the background terminal can intuitively monitor the onsite environmental parameters detected by the sensors of each node.When the system finds a fire,it will immediately alarm and send a fire extinguishing signal,and the fire extinguishing device can also be activated by manual operation of the button.According to the above scheme,the system was built in physical objects,the finished product was delivered,and the linkage control between fire detection and early warning was realized.The addition of flame image detection and judgment methods further enhances the stability of fire recognition and plays a huge role in the judgment of fire disasters.This solution can basically meet market demand and has certain practical application valu... |
