In the ’ 13th Five-Year ’ planning period,with the construction industry showing an unprecedented vigorous development posture and rapid economic and social development,people on the appearance of the building is increasingly complex,so there will be a large number of high-altitude construction operations.The advantages of steel,such as simple source and easy processing,high safety performance of cantilever triangular force system,simple structure of detail nodes,beautiful facade effect,less one-time investment,and meeting the needs of construction and structural maintenance,have been widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings.However,the traditional cantilever steel scaffold has many deficiencies in the construction design,such as cantilever beam through the wall,easy to damage the beam(plate)structure;steel consumption is large,during the demolition of the frame rely on tower crane close cooperation,steel beam anchorage end time-consuming cutting,floor surface left many holes later rework repair,increase the construction time and cost;high-rise buildings in northern China need to install thicker external insulation boards.When arranging I-beams,the insulation boards are often replaced by plain concrete or wooden boxes for post-installation.Both methods require a large number of secondary repairs in the later stage.In order to make the cantilever scaffold get better use and promotion,the research and development of new cantilever bearing member is imminent.This dissertation takes the new cantilever bearing frame as the research object,relying on the "Fu’an Mingzhu" project in Handan City,combining literature investigation and analysis,calculation theory and mechanical model determination,numerical simulation,static loading test,and BIM technology to assist the design of the cantilever The special plan for the cantilever frame has conducted a comprehensive research on the force rationality,safety and stability,and economic applicability of the cantilever frame.The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)This dissertation analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used cantilever scaffolds through literature review and summary analysis.According to their own structural expertise,according to the design and structure of different parts of the component,the calculation model of the different nodes of the new cantilever bearing frame is simplified and obtained.Provide a theoretical basis for the following article.Research on the application of traditional cantilever steel pipe scaffolding construction technology,research and design a new type of cantilever bearing frame in the construction of external walls with integrated thermal insulation panels.(2)Research design and calculation analysis of new cantilever bearing frame.This dissertation first uses ABAQUS software to analyze the stress of different nodes.According to the results of numerical simulation,the load-bearing capacity of the new cantilever bearing frame and the stresses at the nodes of different end plates are initially obtained.Then carry out static loading test to study and analyze three different types of components,collect strain,sort and analyze the data through the DH3818 Y static resistance strain gauge,and draw them into load-displacement(stress)curves under different parts and different working conditions.Carry out a variety of comparative analysis.(3)Take the "Fu’an Mingzhu" project as an example,use BIM technology to assist the design of special construction plans,including engineering quantity statistics,detailed display of the frame,construction simulation,safety training and hazard identification,construction technology,etc.,to realize the visualization of the plan and improve the special project Program preparation level.At the same time,on-site safety monitoring is carried out during the erection and use of the new cantilever bearing.Through the design research and construction application of the new cantilever bearing frame,the shortcomings and defects of the traditional cantilever scaffold are solved.Improve the construction site construction efficiency,a variety of processes can be cross.No on-site welding and cutting can effectively eliminate fire hazards.Based on digital information technology,the key technologies are explained to guide on-site construction and provide reference experience for the innovation of cantilever scaffold.
