With the development of market economy,electric power construction enterprises also need to enhance their competitiveness,control engineering investment,and improve engineering utility.Under the national macro-control,the market determines the system of power engineering cost,in order to maximize the profits of enterprises.To maximize the limited engineering investment,all stages of the whole process of engineering life need to be improved and put under comprehensive control.In this context,after the correct investment scheme,the design stage becomes the most critical stage affecting the investment utility of the whole project.Affected by the current international epidemic situation,the environment of China’s market economy has also been impacted,and the power industry is the same.Therefore,on the basis of ensuring practicality,power engineering began to pay more attention to the embodiment of the utility after capital investment.However,all parties involved in the project generally ignore the preliminary work of the project,control it only by controlling the cost of the construction stage,do not pay attention to the utility selection of the project plan,but reduce the design utility from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the project.This paper analyzes some problems in the transmission engineering design stage,studies the utility of power transmission engineering,summarizes the key factors on the design,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the design model,ensures the power grid system.
