Nowadays,China is in a stage of rapid development,and the development of the power industry is rapidly changing with each passing day.Power projects play an important role in the development of the country and society,and are also one of the important infrastructures.The role of power grid construction projects will gradually be realized.reflect.The specific situation of the implementation of the preliminary design evaluation method for the ultra-high voltage intelligent power transmission and transformation project,whether it can meet the scientific and reasonable requirements,plays a great role in the project,promotes the construction of the power infrastructure standardization system,and improves the quality requirements of the project.The construction of a strong power grid system and the evaluation of high-quality projects can effectively promote power engineering.This thsis first explores the current development of the problem in the world,and takes the innovation point as the main starting point,and studies the content of this article as the research object.After introducing the preliminary design theory of ultra-high voltage intelligent power transmission and transformation engineering,the construction of ultra-high voltage intelligent power transmission and transformation project is carried out from three aspects.Finally,this article designs and projects a specific project(a certain power transmission and transformation project in Tianjin).Specific evaluation.The relevant evaluation and index system established in this thsis has a certain degree of typicality and representativeness,and it can comprehensively,comprehensively and concretely consider various indicators in the project.The model constructed in this thsis is called the comprehensive evaluation model.The model can analyze the qualitative and quantitative indicators more reasonably and then combine the two to finally obtain more scientific and reasonable results,and provide a basis for comprehensive evaluation.
