| The 21 st century is the century of talents,with the continuous development of society and enterprise cognitive advances,human resources gradually replace other resources is increasingly becoming one of the main resources of enterprises,the competition between the enterprises is the talent competition,and how to improve employee satisfaction becomes an important aspect in the talent competition between enterprises.A medical device company,as A large private enterprise,is an enterprise integrating production and sales with numerous staff departments.As the front-line personnel in direct contact with customers,the sales department directly determines the company’s income and profit.On the one hand,with hundreds of employees the importance of the sales department for the employee is self-evident,on the other hand,sales staff turnover,quit rate higher problem has plagued the enterprise,and to explore which factors affect the sales staff of employee satisfaction and cause them to produce all sorts of negative views about work became the current urgently needed to solve a problem.This article as A medical device company sales staff employee satisfaction in the targeted research,then started A enterprise is analyzed in the present situation and the characteristic of the sales staff,A large number of sales is given priority to with questionnaire survey conducted after staff’s employee satisfaction survey,the survey of satisfaction index is divided into eight big module for A total of 45 indicators,after using A variety of statistical analysis method from the age of the workers surveyed,length of service,marital status and so on many Angle to explore the different groups of satisfaction and factors that influence the satisfaction and countermeasures are put forward.This study shows that age and length of service,as an important factor of demography,has great influence on the overall employee satisfaction,young workers focus on table more satisfaction index in the enterprise,imperfect environment under the premise of the province,almost all had low satisfaction index,one of the many related indicators are closely associated with age and length of service,and marriage,education and other relevant factors had different influence on employee satisfaction,therefore,to improve A company sales satisfaction should be more in the perspective of young people,with taking into account other factors,A targeted from the indexes for different degrees of improvement. |
