| The construction industry has always been the pillar industry of China’s economy.Inspired by modern manufacturing,traditional cast-in-place buildings are transforming into prefabricated buildings,and have been recognized by the market due to their advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.However,in the prefabricated building supply chain,there are not only many links,but also many participants representing different interests,which enhance the risk characteristics of the prefabricated building supply chain,and the influence relationship between risks has become the key risk to the smooth implementation of prefabricated building.Based on this,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the assembly building supply chain management,thesis studies the key risks of the assembly building supply chain,and through scientific control,reducing the assembly building supply chain risk.Based on a large number of research results at home and abroad,thesis sorted out the representative literature on risk identification,risk analysis and risk management of construction engineering,and carried out the research.Firstly,based on the grounded theory,the risk factors of the prefabricated construction supply chain are identified by means of procedural coding,and 7 main categories and 37sub-categories are obtained,which are divided into 7 stages,7 stakeholders and 63 risk nodes.Secondly,based on social network analysis method,through the analysis of the overall network scale,network density,the distance between the risk node,block model is analyzed,and then through the point of individual network centricity,middlemen and intermediate centricity analysis,to quantify the risk node important degree.The key risk factors and key risk relations of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings are obtained.Finally,the risk mitigation strategy is proposed and the risk control effect is tested to verify that the key risks identified in thesis have a significant effect on the risk control of the whole supply chain.The results will promote better risk management in prefabricated construction industry. |
