| At present,many elementary schools in urban areas are facing the shortage of campus space and teaching buildings,caused by the rapid development of urbanization.On the other hand,some buildings in urban construction have not reached their service life,but they have also disappeared in large-scale demolition and construction,resulting in a great waste of resources.The thesis studies the use of idle buildings in urban development,to transform them into teaching houses in elementary schools,so as to practice the development strategy of saving environmental resources,green and low-carbon.Due to the special advantages of climate in temperate zone,the thermal comfort environment problem is not obvious,so it is often ignored.The other hand,teenagers,as a growing and developing group,will be more sensitive to the indoor environment,and much more need a comfortable and healthy growth space.Therefore,the research on the comfortable renovation of elementary school buildings in temperate areas is particularly important and urgent.The thesis first analyzes the typical characteristics and the way of space combination in primary school buildings,combined with the existing problems,puts forward the necessity and feasibility of renovation.Then,through theoretical studies,by summarizing the wisdom of regional construction from traditional houses,combining the physical and mental health needs of primary school students,and the climate characteristics of temperate areas,the thesis advocates climate-based,passive design,and focuses on the use of green building technical methods,to discuss and integrate the comfort research strategies of indoor thermal,sound and light environment.At last,by a specific project,an existing university laboratory building renovated into a primary school classroom,through on-site surveys and interviews to sort out the main issues of the project,and then proposes the renovation ideas on the plane function,the detailed structure of the window,and the materials,with the help of PKPM green building simulation software,the outdoor and indoor wind environment and light environment were simulated and studied.The results show that,after a series of renovation measures,the elementary school classrooms have a good indoor ventilation environment and natural lighting environment.This thesis tries to explore the optimal solution for the comfort renovation of primary school classrooms in temperate areas by integrating the strategies of indoor comfort environment,to guide specific engineering practice,provide theoretical and practical references for similar project. |
