Research On Relations Between Mt.Yuelu University City Campus And Peripheral Environment Under The Perspective Of Urban Renovation And Restoration

After the popularization of higher education,the group of university teachers and students in our country has become an important part of society.The material space of their lives—the relationship between the university campus and its surrounding environment affects the living environment of teachers,students,residents,and even the development of the city.In view of the inherent two-way relationship between universities and cities,under the macro background of my country’s urban stock planning,university campuses and their surrounding environment are also facing the same opportunities and challenges.The concept of dual urban repair is problem-oriented,and uses a set of ecological,detailed and sustainable multi-level,multi-dimensional urban repair and ecological restoration methods to alleviate urban diseases.This article applies the concept of dual urbanization to the optimization of the relationship between the university campus and the surrounding environment,and takes the university campus and its surrounding environment in the Yuelu Mountain University Town as an example to explore the relationship between the university campus and the surrounding environment and its optimization strategies from the perspective of "double urbanization",Trying to provide a reference for promoting the comprehensive development of urban dual-repair construction and promoting the formation of a healthy relationship between the university campus and the surrounding environment.First of all,this article clarifies the importance of applying the concept of urban dual study to the construction of the relationship between the university campus and the surrounding environment in the university city through the cognition of the research background and related issues.While studying the urban double repairs and related theoretical foundations,the essential connotations of the two aspects of ecological restoration and urban repair are explained,and it is clear that the urban double repair policy proposed by my country is committed to achieving restoration by improving the natural base and urban background of the city.Goals such as ecological environment,repairing urban functions,and achieving sustainable development,and further clarify its characteristics by combing through the process of exploring the concept of urban double repair.Then select excellent cases to summarize and comb,to provide a theoretical basis and experience for the optimization of the relationship between the university campus and its surrounding environment.Secondly,this article summarizes the general problems of the relationship between the university campus and the surrounding environment,and sorts out the three aspects of natural basis,urban background,and rules and regulations,which are related to the ecological environment,land use,functional integration,resource allocation,and cultural inheritance.Problem-oriented,based on the guiding ideology of the urban double-study concept,a working framework for optimizing the relationship between the university campus and the surrounding environment is constructed from the three dimensions of the university campus and the surrounding environment,the natural base,the city background,and the safeguard measures,to provide a method reference for subsequent research.Finally,on this basis,taking the Mt.Yuelu University City as the research site,analyze the relationship between the university campus and the surrounding environment from three levels: First,use traditional spatial analysis to analyze the surface of the two from the four aspects of boundary,road,function,and greening.Spatial relationship;Second,use space syntax to analyze its deep spatial relationship,and obtain syntactic parameters through Depth Map software to quantify the relationship between the two with quantitative indicators such as border open rate,road integration ratio,functional integration degree,and green network density;The third pair of dynamics The subject’s daily activities are spatially quantified and analyzed.Based on the results of the hierarchical analysis of their interrelationships,combined with the guidance of the previous methods,targeted proposals for the restoration of the natural basement and urban background of the interrelationship between the campus of Mt.Yuelu University City and the surrounding environment are put forward.
