Campus Renovation And Restoration Planning Research Based On The Theory Of Urban Renovation And Restoration—A Case Study Of Wuhan University

Urban Renovation and Restoration theory is an important direction of urban and rural planning and urban development in the new era.Inventory based planning based on Urban Renovation and Restoration theory has become an important strategy to alleviate urban disease and promote urban development and transformation at this stage.The university campus is an important part of city environment,also facing the challenge of "urban diseases",take the campus into the city overall renovation and restoration planning,as well as use Urban Renovation and Restoration theory in campus planning and design,have a positive meaning and practical value both for the city and the campus itself.Firstly,this paper makes a summary and analysis of Urban Renovation and Restoration and related theories.Based on the analysis the background and process of urban renovation and restoration theory,this paper makes a comparation with the theory of Urban Renewal,Urban Regeneration,Urban Catalyst and Urban Redevelopment,to further clarify the characteristics of Urban renovation and restoration theory.Then this paper summarizes the theory research and practice of Urban renovation and restoration in China and abroad,and provides theoretical basis for the introduction of the theory of Urban Renovation and Restoration into campus planning.Secondly,under the guidance of the theory,combined with the analysis of the characteristics and problems of the campus environment,this paper discusses and summarizes the design method of the campus renovation and restoration planning.In this paper,from the mountain,water,campus green space level,such as campus ecological restoration planning and design method was studied,including building campus ecological restoration system mode,ecological restoration engineering and technical measures in campus,campus "ecological" rooted in the ecological restoration with the application of planning and design methods.Then from the campus history style and features,and facilities of public space in campus,campus traffic network level,such as repair on campus planning and design method are studied,mainly including repair factor analysis evaluation method on campus,campus repair elements systematic construction model,the campus renovation scale quantitative indicators such as content,reference for subsequent practice research.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research and method research,a practical study on campus renovation and restoration planning and design is carried out on in Wuhan University.This paper carried out the research on campus ecological restoration planning of campus mountain protection,campus drainage reconstruction and campus green space "sponge" transformation design.Then this paper carried out the research on the campus historical feature protection planning,the campus public space and the facility supplement planning,the campus transportation supplement planning,probes into the method of campus renovation and restoration planning and design.
