Product Design Of "VOC" Intelligent Tool Application

The "user-centered" design has been widely used in product design since the 1990 s.User research is the first step in the user-centered design process,and the interview is the most effective way to understand users,one of the ways to gain insight into user needs.However,conducting a complete and professional interview not only requires a large investment of manpower and time,but also requires researchers to conduct indepth analysis and summarization of the original recordings of the interview after the interview.This complex and costly research method has gradually followed not on the fast-paced development of society.This thesis studies the introduction of artificial intelligence technology into the field of user research,changing the traditional interviews that only rely on human resources and consume a lot of time and energy,and improve the efficiency of user research.Based on speech recognition and natural language processing technology,the research designed an intelligent mobile tool application to realize the whole process of automatically translating interview recordings into text and generating user research reports based on text analysis.User researchers can use this application to obtain user research reports with one click after interview recording,saving time.The research first conducted a desktop survey of artificial intelligence technology and the application of tools in the user researc h field,and learned that artificial intelligence technology has been widely used in the fields of finance,e-commerce,and life services.It can realize the functions required for research,and it is temporarily in the user research market.There is no ap plication that addresses the whole process of interviews with user researchers and solves the pain points.Then conduct competitive product analysis on products with similar functions,and conduct user research on target users.Based on the above research results,combined with artificial intelligence technology to design an intelligent tool application,aiming to help those who need to conduct interviews to efficiently organize the recording materials of the interviews,generate interview reports with one click,and improve the work efficiency of user researchers.After clarifying the product positioning,the "Interview Bao" product design was carried out,and detailed design work was carried out on the business process,information architecture,system fun ction,and interactive interface.The usability test was carried out after the application design and development,and it was modified and improved according to the test results."VOC" uses artificial intelligence technology to enable user researchers to more efficiently complete the entire process from interviews to obtaining user research reports,which has certain practical value and expands the application field of artificial intelligence in the direction of design.
