In the era of artificial intelligence,active interaction has become an emerging des ign and development trend,bringing many opportunities and possibilities to the system innovation and experience upgrade of smart home appliances.Active interaction is,u ndoubtedly,natural and intelligent.It intents to take adaptive strategies according to th e environment while paying attention to user attributes,thereby reducing its investment in the interaction process.In addition,the agent is no longer just passively respondin g as the responder of user input and the feedback party of execution output,but also as the issuer of human-computer interaction and pre-decision making,which can achie ve two-way interaction.Therefore,the initiative of the agent is growing in strength.H owever,too many active interactions can also lead to frequent user interaction and ex perience problems such as interruption of user behavior,information overload leading t o cognitive load,and unprotected privacy.Therefore,the smart home appliance interact ion system under the new development background,on one hand,needs active interact ion to empower the smart home experience to be upgraded again.On the other hand,it should also consider the proposition of how technology and human nature can bett er integrate,clarify the design ideas of how to conduct active interaction and the degr ee of initiative,and strive to explore a new paradigm of active interaction that is user-centric and human-machine collaboration as the goal,which forms an orderly initiativ e in smooth and efficient human-machine interaction and decision-making.This research firstly analyzes and sorts out documents in related fields such as hu man-agent active interaction,interaction design in smart home appliances and user-cent ered interaction design,combined with active interaction cases at home and abroad as well as other smart life fields.Also,the current situation and shortcomings of active i nteraction in smart home scenes,and design thinking under new trends are discussed.Then,taking the smart refrigerator as an example,the interaction stages of "perception-display-control-understanding" are divided according to the system process and operati ng mode.And the connotation,performance,valve and opportunity points of design in tervention and opportunity points of active interaction in each stage are further analyze d.Next,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,such as user interviews and questionnaire surveys,this research will dig deep into the user’s demand for active interaction with smart refrigerators.It is quantified that the desig n needs to comprehensively consider the characteristics and changes of the interactive scene,which includes information attributes and user’s status,to select the correspondi ng interactive content,channel and form for user output,and the exploration of active interaction design direction from the user’s perspective.In terms of design strategies,this research mainly focuses on four aspects:accurat e and effective user participation strategies,timely and efficient information notification strategies,flexible and businesslike scene management strategies,and secure and trust ed emotional linking strategies,corresponding to perception,display,control,and under standing respectively.In these interactive stages,a human-centered active interaction st rategy for smart refrigerators is summed up.Among them,the perceptual interaction st rategy for user participation mainly refers to the deep participation of users in persona lized content production and customized content recommendation based on user portrait s;The display interaction strategy based on information attributes includes the creation of a notification system for the purpose of reducing information overload and real-ti me interaction through multi-screen linkage;Scene-oriented control interaction strategies involves the use of scene presets to reduce cognitive load,combined with scene elem ents to manage task interruptions,and multi-channel integration to expand the interacti on space;The understanding interaction strategy relying on trust relationships relates to respecting user privacy,avoiding infringement and loss of control,and forming intera ctive roles through emotional links.Finally,construct a smart refrigerator active interac tion strategy from the user’s perspective,from the four levels of user needs that are k nowable,visible,controllable,and predictable,and realize the trust relationship of man-machine collaboration and an orderly and active interaction system.The strategy will help further enhance users’ experience of smart scenes,lead new design trends,and br ing new thinking and momentum to the transformation and development of the smart home appliance industry.
