In recent years,as China attaches importance to building structure testing,identification and reinforcement,there are more and more renovation and reinforcement projects about new and existing buildings.In the process of using the building,the load exceeds the original design requirements,suffer from the natural environment or human damage,etc.,will affect the overall service life of the building;at the same time,the valuable land resources in the process of urban development makes it especially important to consider the structural safety of the building combined with the reasonable and effective use of land,improve the usable function of the building and improve the engineering construction defects.Therefore,this paper combines the actual engineering situation and takes the main body of a residential basement structure in Xuzhou as the research object to test,identify and strengthen the structure of the basement.By calculating the displacement ratio and the axial compression ratio of the members of this basement structure,combined with finite element simulation of beams,columns and other members,an evaluation system for structural safety assessment was created and compared according to the principles of safety,applicability and economy.The selected solution was selected for the main purpose of strengthening the project,and the related research was carried out in combination with the comparison of economic and project duration components.The main research results are as follows..1.By analyzing the similar situation of the basement of the residential project,the theoretical basis of this study is to improve the seismic performance of the structure by using the relevant building identification and reinforcement modification data,and to detect and identify the causes of the cracks in the top slab of the basement in this project.2.Refer to the relevant codes and technical regulations to carry out the structural load bearing capacity test according to the requirements of the basement roof load modification.According to the test results and evaluation results of the building,combine the available reinforcement methods and materials to select the most suitable structural reinforcement solution to enhance the load bearing capacity of the structure.3.The seismic analysis was carried out on the basis of the selected reinforcement scheme,and the results of the software simulation were selected to analyze the multiple earthquakes and the earthquakes with fortification intensity and rare earthquakes,and through the calculation of the overall structural deformation,to understand the degree of structural plasticity under the rare earthquakes and the comparative analysis of the reinforcement effect under the earthquakes.4.Carry out reinforcement comparison analysis according to the test results of existing projects and the increase of load requirements,provide comparison results of reinforcement solutions,and select reinforcement solutions in combination with project economic needs and schedule requirements.Carry out seismic performance analysis and economic benefit analysis according to the reinforcement scheme,and provide effective case basis for technical management.This thesis has 56 figures,8 tables,and 81 references.
