With the improvement of medical treatment,education,people's living standards and the development of social economy,China's aging population is facing a severe situation.In his report to the Nineteenth National Congress,Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that we should implement the strategy of healthy China,actively respond to the aging of the population,construct a policy system and social environment of providing for the aged,filial piety and respect for the elderly,promote the combination of medical care and support,and accelerate the development of the cause of aging and industry.The combination of medical care and nursing care has attracted much attention.It optimizes and integrates medical resources and pension resources.It can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly in China and the efficiency of the use of pension buildings.At the same time,it can reduce the burden of medical institutions.It is an inevitable choice for the development of pension undertakings with Chinese characteristics.At present,the old-age pension model of the combination of medical care and maintenance in China is still in its infancy.The content of the model lacks unified norms and standards,the quality of service is not strictly supervised and managed,and there is no detailed plan for the old-age needs of people at different levels.There is no corresponding definition or standard for the old-age building under the mode of combination of medical care and maintenance.The theory of combination of medical care and maintenance urgently needs the combination of the old-age building design.In addition,we also need to learn from advanced foreign experience in the exploration of pension buildings.In this paper,due to the above realities,the aging design of the old-age building under the mode of combination of medical care and maintenance is taken as the research content.The content of this paper is mainly divided into five chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research object,research purpose and significance,research methods and the framework of the paper.The first chapter mainly elaborates the classification of the old-age buildings,collates the theoretical and practical results of the old-age buildings at home and abroad,summarizes the advanced experience,and digs the deficiencies in the design from the case.Finally,from a large number of cases,we find the future development direction of pension buildings.Chapter 2 elaborates on the mode of the combination of medical care and maintenance in China and the similar mode abroad.At the same time,it discusses how the old-age mode of the combination of medical care and maintenance should be applied in the aging design of the old-age building.Chapter III and Chapter IV focus on the specific methods of aging design of old-age buildings under the mode of combination of medical care and maintenance.The third chapter is the content of the external space of the building,which mainly includes four aspects:general planning,architectural form,architectural facade and landscape design.The fourth chapter is the content of the interior space of the building,which mainly includes five aspects:physical layout,functional configuration,streamline design,space design and detail design.The last chapter,that is,the fifth chapter,is the focus and the greatest innovation of this paper.Mainly the design method of the foregoing is applied to the design case made in practice.The design case is a mentally retarded and friendly community design of all ages.The fifth chapter mainly includes the location analysis of the base and the deep excavation of the needs of the elderly near the base.At the same time,there is a specific analysis of the mentally retarded elderly,and finally the design description of the whole design.The above is the main content of this paper.The purpose of this paper is to study the specific implementation method of the combination of medical care and nursing in the design of old-age architecture,and to sum up the key points of the environmental space design suitable for the elderly according to the national conditions of our country and the changing physiological and psychological needs of the elderly.To provide some advanced design concepts and update some design methods for the aging design of pension buildings.To contribute one's own strength to the cause of socialism endowment with Chinese characteristics.
