In the railway transportation industry dominated by electrified railway,OCS is specially responsible for providing running power for motor cars in electrification projects,so its safety inspection and maintenance methods are particularly important.At present,most special testing devices are used to test the integrity of the components of railway catenary,but this equipment can not be used in the station track.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a catenary inspection vehicle that can be used in the station.The purpose of this paper is to develop the research and design of the control system of catenary inspection device in the station.The OCS patrol car in the station is light in weight,convenient to carry and stable in operation.It is suitable for detecting and monitoring OCS suspension devices in complex railway segments such as stations.It is composed of mechanical body,image acquisition,image recognition and control.This paper mainly studies the control part of OCS patrol car in the station.The whole control system adopts the idea of modularization to design the overall scheme,which is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is the remote control part,which can realize the control of the patrol car on the platform,and the second part is the control part of the patrol car body,which includes the following four functions: First,it can realize the remote control instructions and complete the corresponding actions;Secondly,it can process the PTZ adjustment signal transmitted by the upper computer,and convert it into an instruction and send it to the PTZ to realize angle adjustment;Third,it can process the signal from image recognition,and then control the shooting camera,positioning camera and fill light;Fourthly,it can transmit the driving distance data of motor hub in real time.According to the above functional requirements,the whole control system is divided into hardware design and software design.The hardware component of the remote controller is mainly composed of keys and Lo Ra module,which is responsible for transmitting the key information to the inspection vehicle;The control panel of the patrol car is responsible for processing the received data and sending it to the PTZ,camera,motor,fill light and other equipment.The software part is responsible for compiling the corresponding codes of the required functions,which are divided into the remote control panel program and the inspection vehicle panel program according to the hardware design.The control system of in-station catenary inspection car designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the inspection car,and can realize the functions of controlling the traveling of the inspection car,automatically shooting by camera,adjusting the angle of the pan/tilt,feeding back the driving distance of the hub,etc.,so that the inspection car can change lanes at any track in the station,advance by itself and automatically collect the global image of the catenary,which proves that the in-station catenary inspection car is more suitable for in-station catenary detection than the commonly used catenary detection device.The experimental and field debugging results show that the control system design meets the requirements.
