For the intelligent substation can be worked normally and reliably,the stable operation of secondary equipment in power grid is very important.IEC 61850 standard protocol plays a key role in the connection of intelligent substation.The message it uses consists of SV message and GOOSE message.The substation based on IEC 61850 standard can be divided into station control layer,bay layer and process layer,and communicate through switches.The operational reliability of the substation is mainly related to the communication performance of process layer.The corresponding networking scheme is affected by various factors of protection and control functions.The design and research of process layer communication is of great significance to the development of intelligent stations.The principle and structure of GOOSE is introduced in the thesis in detail.Then the thesis explains the related networking methods,network structure and protocols.Then,based on the "three-layer and two-network" structural characteristics of this substation,combined with previous experience,this thesis discusses the protection principle and communication mechanism of this type of substation,that is,the method of GOOSE and SV direct mining and co-port transmission.Based on the theoretical analysis and the practical application of the 220 kV Sihongdong Substation Project,the thesis studies the networking scheme and switch configuration when the process layer network SV and GOOSE are in the same network.The process layer network configuration plan of the new project of 220 kV Sihongdong Substation was formulated,and a set of 220 kV process layer network was completely constructed.Realize signal transmission under the condition of the common interface of SV and GOOSE.Before the substation is put into operation,test the entire group of transmissions of protection devices such as 220 kV,110 kV level lines and busbars and other protection devices.At the same time,it solves the problem that the protection of the entire group of drives cannot be debugged under the condition of 110 kV voltage class SV and GOOSE common port transmission.The results of this thesis are actually implemented and put into operation.A comparison of the key operating data of the 220 kV Sihongdong substation and conventional substation are shows that the smart substation has a substantial improvement in automation level and economic benefits compared to the conventional substation.There are 30 pictures,2 tables,and 76 references in the thesis.
