The intelligent power network project marked by fully intelligent substation has entered the comprehensive construction stage in China,but it is still a few 500 kV intelligent substation that can be fully intelligent.The Wujia substation is an important part of the Heilongjiang 500 kV ring network structure and the "North Power South Delivery" strategy.Based on the IEC 61850 standard design monitoring system,the station equipment of the 500 kV Wujia substation can be accurately collected and the communication is seamless.Connected,Improve the intelligence level of the 500 kV WUJIA substation and Heilongjiang Power Grid.In this paper,the functional requirements of the 500 kV WUJIA intelligent substation monitoring system is analyzed in detail,including the intelligence of primary equipment,integration of secondary equipment and integration of monitoring systems.Based on the function requirement analysis of monitoring system,the construction target of the 500 kV WUJIA intelligent substation monitoring system is put forward.This paper studies the principle and realizable functions of primary intelligent devices such as electronic Transformers and secondary intelligent devices such as merging units and intelligent terminals.In the IEC 61850 standard,the general substation oriented event(GOOSE)is a highly efficient form of transmitting information by means of broadcasting and is used to transmit key control information such as jumping and locking of intelligent substation monitoring systems.This paper establishes GOOSE communication model of the 500 kV WUJIA intelligent substation monitoring system,analyzes the requirements of GOOSE communication hardware,selects GOOSE communication hardware that meets the requirements of real-time and reliability,and designs the hardware architecture of GOOSE communication system.Based on the communication structure and its performance requirements for Ethernet,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three basic network modes according to different network bandwidth,packet size and transmission time interval,and designs the communication network structure of the 500 kV WUJIA intelligent substation.The communication simulation model of intelligent substation monitoring system is established by using OPNET communication network simulation software.The structure,mapping,retransmission mechanism,frame format and encoding of GOOSE and SV communication are analyzed.The GOOSE message and SV-message are analyzed combined with GOOSE event trigger and SV sampling,and the communication function is verified.Finally,based on the IEC 61850 standard,the overall structure and communication model of the 500 kV WUJIA intelligent substation monitoring system is designed,and the various types of data and their performance indicators are demonstrated.At present,the 500 kV WUJIA intelligent substation has been officially put into operation.Each function has reached the expected goal and achieved a comprehensive intelligent monitoring of the 500 kV WUJIA substation.
