With the development of the society,people’s expectation for power quality are also rising.However,the distribution equipment of Xuzhou Tongshan Wukang Line is relatively old and the degree of automation is weak,and there are often false alarms or missing alarms when faults occur,which bring great difficulties to the accurate and accurate positioning of daily operation and maintenance faults.Therefore,it is urgent to study the automation of distribution network of Xuzhou Wukang Line.First,in this thesis,the development status of distribution automation system is summarized,the imbalances and shortcomings in the development of domestic distribution network automation systems are described,the actual situation of the Xuzhou Wukang line distribution network is combined.The situation has carried out the design of the distribution network automation system.The design of distribution network automation system has been initially completing from the three levels of the distribution master station,the distribution terminal and the communication system.Secondly,considering the difficulty of fault location in the realization of the distribution network automation on the Xuzhou Wukang Line,a solution is proposed.The active distribution network fault location algorithm that utilizes multi-source data,considers fault location to be dividing into two steps.Segment location is implementing to reduce the range of faultfinding points,and segment location uses switch data;Fault location is used.The electrical quantity data generated at the time of realizing distance measurement and positioning.The processing idea of first section and then point realizes the full utilization of fault data,and has the characteristics of simple calculation model,small calculation amount and excellent calculation speed.Then,Due to the difference of the line protection,different fault location methods are proposed.When the feeder line and the grid section are equipped with protection,the power distribution network fault location method based on the sequential network is proposed.When the feeder line is equipped with protection,the grid section is not equipped with protection,the fault section location using the fault indicator alarm is proposed.Both of the fault location methods are useful,and the problem of information omission is solved effectively.Finally,the thesis uses the fault location method of feeder terminal device synchronous monitoring information,iteratively calculates the load power through the power data before and after the fault,and obtains the fault distance by using the fault location method.The simulation results show that the distribution network automation system proposed in the thesis has good adaptability to the Xuzhou Wukang Line.The method proposed in the thesis is simple and practical,and has wide application value.There are 40 pictures,9 tables,and 95 references in the thesis.
