| Simulated flight training is an important way to train pilots.It is an effective way to improve the quality and benefit of simulated flight training by using computer automatic scoring system to automatically score the training situation.In the current flight simulation training of fighter aircraft,there is a need for an objective and comprehensive evaluation of flight training.Fighter flight action has the characteristics of flexible and complex change,and the characteristics of flight action recognition are difficult to obtain,and the universality is low.The evaluation of flight technology level needs to consider complex factors,evaluation indexes and other problems;In the actual environment,there are insufficient data and various models.Aiming at the above problems,this paper aims at realizing automatic recognition,matching and scoring of flight movements,and carries out relevant research work by exploring the feature laws contained in flight trajectory data.The flight trajectory generated by flight training itself contains the variation rules of various flight parameters,which is a comprehensive reflection of the maneuvering quality of flight participants.The trajectory morphological characteristics of a specific flight action are determined.According to the corresponding relationship,the flight actions corresponding to flight trajectories can be recognized by pattern matching between the morphological characteristics of flight trajectories and templates in standard library.Based on this,an automatic recognition method of flight trajectory based on flight trajectory morphological characteristics is proposed.In this method,the derivative vectors of points on the trajectory curve are taken as the basic elements,and a series of derivative vectors of points on the trajectory curve are successively obtained to form the feature vector set of the trajectory curve,and the recognition and matching of flight motion trajectory is transformed into recognition and matching of feature vector set.In the process of matching,according to the characteristics of the flight path data,through double projection method for solving trajectory curve equation and the characteristic values of the design suited to the characteristics of the space curve derivative vector measurement function is used to calculate characteristics,the similarity between objects in the set on the starting and ending period of known and unknown path curve in two cases to determine the matching point comparison method,An automatic recognition and matching algorithm with search function is designed and implemented.The experimental results show that the method presented in this paper has good adaptability and accuracy,and the establishment of flight trajectory action standard library corresponding to the method presented in this paper is convenient and flexible,which can better adapt to the characteristics of fighter flight tactical action.The proposed method only needs to collect three coordinate data of flight parameters,and the model is simple,universal and suitable for multi-type fighters.It is convenient for deployment,application,adjustment and maintenance,and can meet the requirements of flight action recognition and matching in the case of less data,short data change period and diverse demands.On the basis of flight motion trajectory search and matching,12 evaluation flight parameters used to simulate flight training score in target flight trajectory are extracted.The similarity degree of flight parameters corresponding to each evaluation flight participation standard flight motion trajectory curve is calculated as the initial score value by using the curve similarity measurement method based on morphology proposed in this paper.Combined with the decision-making characteristics of multi-factor,multi-index and hierarchical analytic hierarchy process,qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the target is carried out,the scoring model is constructed to obtain the weight coefficient of the evaluation of flying parameters,and then after adding the time evaluation factors,the scoring value that can objectively,comprehensively and comprehensively reflect the technical and tactical level of the trainees is finally obtained. |
