Pattern design has a decisive influence on the product’s form, an excellent decorativepattern can play dotting the role of the product form design, this article research product formwith pattern design at the core and the design details are as follows:This article first application digital tools such as Visual C6.0combined UG secondarydevelopment technology, rhino software to develop the pattern entity automatically generatedsystem of products form, which can automatically draw the pattern and later its application isalso achieved. Second, on the questions of the pattern diversity in the system, This paperpresents two ways expansion pattern entity automatic generation system, the first method isuse the pattern elements that no law but automatically generated algorithm has beenabstracted, the second method is extraction of the pattern elements of the traditional ethnicfabric pattern and heritage pattern with the DIPA software and VC++programmingenvironment. On the basis of that two methods, integrating the extraction pattern elementsinto a whole patter by the means of the pattern recycling technology and use the whole patternon pattern design of modern product form. Latter, this article achieved a dynamic on-lineevaluation system of product form pattern decorative with ASP technology, Dreamweaverweb design software and the Access database connection technology. Finally, use thestatistical processing to web-based survey data and use the data as BP output to structure BPnetwork mapping model which between the value of image adjective and the code of samplecharacteristic.Training BP network in the MATLAB software and predicting the satisfactionof customer when the change of product form pattern happened. Based on genetic algorithm(GA) this article studied an optimization method of product form pattern design.
