Study On Installation And Disassembly Technology Of Tower Crane In Large-scale Construction Projects

With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the number and scale of large-scale construction projects both are growing.The usage of tower crane is also increasing as an essential construction machinery.However,the safety accidents tower crane occur frequently due to the illegal installation and disassembly of tower crane,overrun operation and interference caused by frequent collision of tower cranes.It will cause tremendous loss of life and property and greatly affect the country and society once the safety accidents occur.Therefore,the rational selection of tower cranes and the correct installation and disassembly work is essential.First of all,this paper introduces the classification,composition and parameter analysis of tower cranes in large-scale construction projects to provide a reference for selection of tower crane in actual engineering.Then through the technology research of installing and disassembling of tower crane in large-scale construction projects.The paper points out the risk factors and preventive measures of tower crane in the process of installation and disassembly to guarantee the prior control,and introduces the installation and disassembly of tower crane in large-scale construction projects in detail.At the same time,the paper also presents some improvement measures to the existing problems of tower crane in large-scale construction projects,which provide an operating instructions both in theoretical level and practical value for the installation and disassembly operators of tower crane in large-scale construction engineering.Finally,through the actual case study on the installation and disassembly of tower crane in large construction projects,this paper verifies the rationality,operability and safety of the tower crane installation and disassembly techniques studied in this paper,and plays a guiding role in the installation and disassembly of tower crane in actual engineering.This paper provides a theoretical and practical guidance though the study on the installation and disassembly of tower crane in large-scale construction projects.It provides theoretical and practical guidance for the installation and disassembly of tower crane and protect the safe construction of tower crane in the technical and management level to the greatest extent.
