| With the rapid increase of electric vehicle charging,random behavior of large electric vehicles will cause the load fluctuation,this behavior will cause the peak on peak phenomenon,will also affect the voltage and frequency stability of power grid,greatly increased the cost of electricity grid.Peak and valley TOU price in V2 G mode is widely applied as an orderly charge and discharge control strategy to guide user charging behavior.Scholars at home and abroad have also launched a study on peak and valley TOU price.A reasonable peak and valley time price scheme should not only ensure the economic benefits of the participants in the V2 G mode,but also consider the social risk factors such as the load fluctuation of the power grid and the public satisfaction.However,at present,the research on peak and valley time price has a single or incomplete target,and neglects the impact of urban development on the electricity price.Therefore,in view of the development of a certain area,the typical peak and valley TOU price plan is evaluated from the perspective of the economic and social risks of the peak valley tariff scheme.Further,from the results of the evaluation,we choose a more suitable peak and valley tariff scheme for the local situation,and improve the scheme from the evaluation process,which is of great practical significance for the area to develop a reasonable peak valley tariff scheme.This paper will be divided into electric cars,buses,taxis,official vehicles and private cars four categories,taking Yichang city as an example,the number of different types of electric vehicles were predicted,and then using the Monte Carlo method for electric vehicles in Yichang city in 2030 for load forecasting,the daily load curve of the electric vehicle under random charge is calculated.Then,on the basis of analyzing the operation mode of V2 G,it clarifies the social risk of each participant’s interest demand and the implementation of TOU price scheme in the peak valley tariff scheme,and builds an evaluation index system considering the comprehensive benefits based on it.Considering the mutual influence among the indexes,the AHP-DEMATAL method is adopted to establish the index weight.Based on the analysis of the relationship between electric vehicle charging and discharging load response and electricity price,the load response equation is established,and based on it,a comprehensive benefit evaluation model considering economic and social risks is constructed.Finally,taking Yichang city as an example,three kinds of typical TOU scheme was evaluated.The results show that the scheme of the peak and valley price currently implemented in Wuhan is more suitable for the future of electric cars in Yichang city.According to the evaluation process and the results,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward. |
