| In the context of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge and science and technology have a significant impact on the social economy.Among the various resource elements of enterprises,the importance of human resources has become more and more obvious.For organizations,how to optimize the allocation of human resources with the help of internal effective incentive mechanisms is the most concerned topic of current enterprise development and human resource management.Under the influence of the new round of domestic power system reform,the monopoly position of traditional power companies has been challenged.In the new competitive environment and situation,in order to improve their comprehensive competitiveness,electric power companies must actively change the personnel management mode,realize the effective combination of modern human resource management mode and incentive mechanism,optimize internal human resource allocation to the greatest extent,and motivate employees the enthusiasm and initiative of work,provide a guarantee for the company to effectively enhance its own industry competitiveness.In order to fully grasp the current situation of employee incentive mechanism in A Power Supply Company,the author specially designed the questionnaire about the incentive mechanism,and 10 incentive factors which were generally concerned and recognized by the society were screened out,and the importance of each incentive factor was evaluated and scored by employees.Then,the 10 incentive factors are classified according to five incentive contents: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,education and training,career development and other aspects,and the employees scored the satisfaction evaluation of these five aspects.Through the statistics and analysis of the survey data,the problems and deficiencies of the employee incentive mechanism of A Power Supply Company are summarized,and the causes are analyzed.Finally,in view of the above problems,the optimization scheme of employee incentive mechanism of A Power Supply Company is designed from four aspects:(1)Optimize the salary and welfare mechanism,improve the salary range of employees’ post-level difference,improve the company’s salary system,increase wage flexibility and night shift subsidies;(2)Optimize the performance appraisal mechanism,improve the performance appraisal system,encourage "one post with multiple abilities",link the post promotion with comprehensive assessment,link the salary increase with evaluation results;(3)Optimize the career development mechanism,improve the horizontal circulation mechanism of talents,improve the vertical circulation and promotion mechanism of talents,and build a career planning mechanism for employees;(4)Optimize the education and training mechanism,set the training incentive mechanism process,specify the training needs,specify the targeted training contents and programs,innovate the training methods,and strengthen the training effect tracking and feedback.Finally,the author demonstrated the feasibility of the scheme and formulated an effective strategy to ensure the implementation of the program,and is committed to providing effective reference and reference in deepening the reform of A Power Supply Company incentive mechanism by relying on this topic. |
