Study On The Evaluation And Renewal Strategy Of Industrial Land Under The Concept Of Eco-city Taking Zhonglou District Of Changzhou City As An Example

The term "eco-city" was first put forward in the 1970 s.It has been gradually developed under the background of the gradual emergence of modern urban problems.The primary goal is to achieve the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.This paper mainly takes urban renewal as the background,the concept of eco-city as the theoretical basis of the research,and the urban industrial land as the research object.On the one hand,the paper summarizes the current situation of eco-city construction and industrial land renewal through the research of eco-city and industrial land renewal.On the other hand,summarizes the concept of ecological city,ecological city evaluation and update of industrial land and industrial land evaluation studies,the concept of ecological city as theoretical basis,to build the evaluation index system of industrial land in the concept of ecological city,combining the concept of ecological city and industrial land evaluation,trying to provide updated industrial land a ecological evaluation method.Among them,build the evaluation index system of industrial land ecology mainly includes four aspects: industrial land use and ecological construction,industrial resources and environment friendliness,industrial economy and industrial ecological history cultural ecology,on the identified indicators by the expert scoring method to determine the index weight and the indicators evaluation standards.Finally,the evaluation of industrial land in Zhonglou District of Changzhou City was taken as an empirical case study.According to the evaluation index system of industrial land under the concept of eco-city constructed above,the ecological evaluation of the current industrial land in Zhonglou District was carried out.Combined with the evaluation results,the corresponding ecological renewal plans and strategies were proposed.According to the evaluation index system and the results of the empirical case study,this paper tries to provide the updating methods and strategies for the urban industrial land in the process of developing into eco-city,in the hope of providing research reference for the subsequent evaluation and updating of industrial land.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: ○1 under the concept of ecological city industrial lands in the update can be carried out for the construction of evaluation index system to complete the corresponding ecological evaluation,the concept of ecological city in the assessment of industrial land is mainly manifested in the industrial land use and ecological construction,industrial resources and environment friendliness,industrial economy and industrial ecological history humanities ecology four aspects.○2The ecological evaluation of industrial land in Zhonglou District of Changzhou City can be concluded that the evaluation results are good,but some land plots still need to be updated.○3 It is feasible and practical to evaluate and renew the current industrial land from the perspective of ecological city.By constructing the evaluation index system of industrial land under the concept of ecological city,the corresponding industrial land is selected and evaluated ecologically.
