With the continuous application of the Project management theory and methods, more and more companies start to recognize the importance of the project management. For balancing the project’s demand conflict under the restriction of the limited time, they must use the scientific methods of the project time management to achieve the project time. About S company, they mainly have the restriction of the manufacturer plan and others, it’s always the most important problem that how to make a time plan that meet the all kinds of demand.This article mostly talks about the research of the project schedule management by an instance of the S company chiller renovation project, in the beginning I use the WBS of the project schedule management methods to resolve the project to the three phases, in each phases I write down the major assignment and the working procedure in those assignment, then according to the WBS chart,by using the network planning technic, I make the table of the working procedure and the network planning chart, after finding the critical path through delay time,the factors that impact the project schedule has been found, after that I can still optimize the working procedure on the critical path to decrease the whole project timing. Finally, i analyze the project schedule by the PERT, calculate the probability of the accomplishment to the project in the demand time. In the end using the Microsoft Project software to make an project timing table that is themost important foundation of the project schedule management.Through the project schedule management for the S company chiller renovation, it can effectively reduce the project working time, help the manager to catch the critical working procedure and administer the project. It has a great effect for the control of the project schedule management.
