Research On Traditional Polder Settlement System Of Xiaoshao Region From The Perspective Of Polder Landscape

Xiaoshao region is one of the oldest polder areas in China.People Build Water Conservancy,cultivate farmland,build villages and build cities on the basis of natural conditions.Seawall,water net and dam facilities constitute the three elements of water system in Xiaoshao region.The settlement system of Polder area based on Water Conservancy and agricultural production is mature,which has created the traditional land landscape with the combination of mountains and waters and the dependence of urban and rural areas.Under the influence of the fast town,this unique style of traditional landscape facing a huge threat to regional characteristics in many parts of the gradual disappearance of the gradual convergence landscape style,urban ecological environment to worsen.From the perspective of landscape architecture,it is of far-reaching significance to explore the characteristics of regional traditional landscape system and the construction wisdom of traditional human settlements.Based on the formation and evolution of traditional settlements in Xiaoshao region,this paper studies the influence of human intervention on traditional human settlements.By using the methods of literature research,field investigation,graphic analysis,induction and summary,this paper analyzes the constituent elements and distribution characteristics of the traditional settlements in Xiaoshao region,and sums up the development model of the traditional settlements in Xiaoshao region with regional characteristics,it provides the theoretical basis for the protection and development of the traditional regional landscape.First of all,the traditional settlement in Xiaoshao region is analyzed from the perspective of polder landscape,and it is understood as a complex system composed of natural system,water conservancy system,agricultural system and settlement system,through historical documents and field investigation,the traditional landscape pattern of Xiaoshao region was restored,and the correlation among the components was explored.In addition,through field investigation and graphic analysis,the spatial distribution pattern of regional landscape units is further studied from settlement scale,and typical case analysis is selected according to different settlement types and sub-areas,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the settlement spatial structure in Xiaoshao region,analyzes the factors of the formation and evolution of the characteristics,and explores the internal relations with nature,Water Conservancy and agriculture.At last,the development status of traditional settlements in Xiaoshao region is summarized and evaluated.The contemporary Chinese cities,especially the Delta cities,which are developing rapidly,should pay attention to the traditional regional landscape left behind,and put forward suggestions for the protection and development of the traditional settlements in Xiaoshao region.
