Research On Internal Control Of HB Expressway Group Co.,Ltd.

As an important means of corporate management,internal control has become an important part of the modern enterprise management system.It plays an increasingly important role in achieving standardized management,reducing operating risks and achieving strategic goals for enterprises.Since the reform and opening up,domestic companies have had a clear understanding of the importance of building an internal control system,and gradually build and improve the internal control system.It provides support for enterprises to effectively respond to external risks,market competition and enhance core competitiveness.However,there are also problems such as weak awareness of internal control,lack of execution of control mechanisms,and imperfect supervision and evaluation systems.Expressway companies are no exception.Therefore,HB Expressway Company was selected as the research object.It is of great significance to study the construction of its internal control system.Based on in-depth study and understanding of internal control related theories,this article first analyzes the status quo of internal control of HB Expressway Company.Then it will analyze the deficiencies in the construction and implementation of the internal control system of the enterprise,and analyze the reasons behind them.On the basis of it,this article put forwards the optimization countermeasures of the company’s internal control system from several aspects such as optimizing the internal environment,strengthening internal control activities,improving the risk management system,strengthening the construction of information transmission and communication mechanism and improving the monitoring and evaluation mechanism.Finally,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization countermeasures of the internal control system are discussed in this article.This article firstly used the methods of analytic hierarchy process and other methods to study the overall evaluation of the status quo of internal control of HB Expressway Group Co.,Ltd.And then it formulated the optimization plan of the enterprise control system.It has important reference value for the company to do its internal control work and enhance its competitive advantage.It also has certain reference significance for domestic companies in the same industry to improve the construction of internal control systems and achieve sustainable development.
