Research On Optimizing New Engineering Talent Training Mode Based On Network Governance Theory

New engineering is an Chinese-style scheme put forward by higher engineering education in China in response to the challenges of the new era.It represents China’s new thinking and new way in the process of higher engineering education reform.Optimizing the training mode of new engineering talents is helpful to fulfill the new requirements of moral cultivation,serve the new needs of national strategic development and build new advantages in international competition.At the present stage,domestic universities have made progress in cultivating new engineering talents through reasonable and reliable paths.In the orientation of talent training objectives,the new training objectives should be connected with social industries,the social service function of colleges and universities should be emphasized,the stakeholders such as government and enterprises should participate in the orientation of objectives,and the innovation and practical ability of students should be emphasized.In terms of teaching mode,students’ main body status is highlighted,and practical teaching and diversified teaching methods are adopted.It has established a talent training and exchange mechanism,a synchronous mechanism of job demand and major construction,and a normal mechanism of enterprises’ feedback on teaching reform.From the perspective of network governance theory,through literature analysis,interdisciplinary research and other research methods to focus on the current training mode of new engineering talents,it can be found that there are still deficiencies in the participation of training subjects,the degree of integration between disciplines and the degree of convergence of the research mechanism.Based on the network governance theory,the “umbrella” model of new engineering talent training is constructed,which covers the “umbrella surface” structure composed of universities,governments,research institutes,enterprises and industries.It has obvious advantages in breadth,intensity and depth.It also includes switch system,propulsion system and guarantee system composed of governance motivation,internal relations,collaborative innovation dimension and mechanism design.It is a complicated systematic project to optimize the training mode of new engineering talents,which requires both the internal reform of colleges and universities and the joint creation of government departments,scientific research institutes and other social institutions to create a good external environment for talent training.The countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the training mode of new engineering talents based on network governance theory include: first,the participation of multiple subjects and the multi-level functions of subject elements.Second,make use of the advantages and characteristics of network governance to promote collaborative innovation.Third,build a closed-loop mechanism of network governance to ensure the smooth progress of network cooperation and education.
