Study On The Design Of The Transfomation And Reuse Of Tourism Type Rural Industry Heritage In The West Sichuan Plain From The Perspective Of Symbiosis

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,rural issues have been paid more and more attention by the society.Different from the industrialization process of European and American countries,after the founding of the people’s Republic of China,Chinese industry has explored a road of rural industrialization with Chinese characteristics,which has provided an important impetus for the industrialization process and economic development of the whole country.However,with the gradual maturity of the market economy system,the disadvantages of rural industry such as weak linkage,low level and heavy pollution are highlighted.In the 1990 s,the whole country set off a wave of relocation,and the rural industry gradually moved towards normalization,market town and park.Urbanization leads to a large influx of rural population into the city,the demographic dividend of rural industrial development does not lead to rural hollowing out and aging,and the prospects of rural industrial development are deteriorating.A large number of rural industries have been closed and relocated,and the industrial buildings and structures left behind have not been properly utilized and become industrial remains.The idleness of rural industrial remains not only causes the waste of land,but also seriously affects the rural environment.Nowadays,with the deepening of Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural industrial heritage has become a high value resource idle and urgent problem in rural areas.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of people’s material level,the development of rural leisure tourism,cultural experience,catering and lodging,pension services and other industries is in full swing.The transformation and reuse of rural leisure and waste industrial resources to serve these industries will not only play its architectural value,but also benefit the improvement of rural ecological environment.How to adapt the rural industrial remains to the needs of the times and realize the reuse of the industrial remains is the problem to be discussed in this paper.This paper first combs the research background,defines the related concepts,determines the object and scope of the research,and makes clear the purpose and significance of the research.Through combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign research,symbiosis theory,industrial integration theory,and the application of Symbiosis Theory in the actual transformation of industrial heritage,this paper provides the corresponding theoretical support and practical experience for the study of industrial heritage transformation and reuse.Through the investigation,this paper expounds the development process of rural industry in Western Sichuan plain,the causes of heritage and the characteristics of the current situation.On this basis,it puts forward the research elements of rural industrial heritage(human activities,natural environment,cultural factors,architectural structure,architectural functional space,architectural style)and symbiotic relationship: symbiosis of industrial heritage and human behavior demand,symbiosis of industrial heritage and natural environment,"new" and "old" symbiosis,cultural symbiosis;it selects the transformed industrial heritage of tourism towns in Western Sichuan plain Remains,Dayi County third line memory town(6569 factory of Institute of optoelectronic technology,Chinese Academy of Sciences)and South Bank village living room(old winery transformation).Through the investigation and Research on the symbiotic relationship of different types of rural industrial remains transformation cases,the horizontal comparison and analysis are carried out,and the problems existing in the transformation and reuse of tourism type rural industrial remains in Western Sichuan Plain are summarized,which is the reference for the following The optimization strategy is put forward to lay the foundation.Finally,on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the case of the transformation of tourism type rural industrial heritage in Western Sichuan plain,based on the symbiosis perspective,the optimization design strategies of symbiosis between industrial heritage and human behavior demand,industrial heritage and natural environment,"new" and "old" symbiosis,and cultural symbiosis are put forward,in order to provide reference for rural industrial heritage in Western Sichuan plain and other areas It can be used for reference in the design of reconstruction and reuse.Finally,based on the optimization strategy of transformation and reuse proposed in the previous paper,taking Chujiang thermal power plant in Dayi County as an actual transformation case,this paper discusses the transformation and reuse of tourism type rural industrial heritage.
